Really bad service - she tells you what you should want based on her opinion, in addition to complaining about other customers and wasting your time. Incredibly bad service, and alterations are just average. Don’t go here! Chong’s Alterations on Airport Boulevard is far better.

When I walked in the shop she was in the phone didn't even noticed my presence. It took her 5 minutes to get off before she hung up she called whoever a**hole. I was there for a missing button for my winter coat. She couldn't handle my coat at that time and turned me away without apologizing for wasting my time for waiting on her to get off the phone.

The best place in Columbia area for alterations. Clothes fit perfect and look amazing. The customer service is fantastic. She always remembers your name and clothes are always ready when promised. The prices are very reasonable and the store is very clean! I highly recommend Chung's!

Ms. Chung is the BEST! I took my wedding dress to her (too late) and she still managed to do the necessary alterations and added a bustle to the train in a timely manner all for a very reasonable price. It was a fraction of the price it would have been if I had done the alterations through the bridal shop. She's so friendly, funny, and truly cares about her customers and her work. I could not recommend her more! She's a great person!

I was looking to get a sports jacket taken in a little. I researched alteration shops and noticed Chung's alterations. It had good reviews so I decided to give it a try. When I walked-in the owner looks at the jacket and refuses to do it because of "double stitching"... I don't know what that means but I guess it meant A LOT of work for her so she turned me away. I simply said "ok" and walked out. I drove across town to find another alteration shop who was able to do it for me. I guess my business wasn't worth her time :/
