Took a prom dress to be hemmed, sides took up, and a piece added to the breast area and sequins added. The hemming was good. The sides were good. But the added piece was horrible. Looked like a 5 year old did it. No sequins were put on. I called and discussed the issue with the owner. Took the dress back and showed him what a mess up he had. My bill was $230.00 for his service. He kept the dress one month and the prom is in 4 days. Now I have to pay someone else to fix the dress. After much discussion he did give me $50 back. So just to save someone else some money and heartache do not take a formal dress here if it needs some special work.

They completely made up for my procrastination. I dropped a suit off at noon on a Saturday to have the pants hemmed, and jacket sleeves shortened. I picked them up at 2:50, 10 minutes before they closed, and everything was perfect. I went to the wedding that night and made a fool out of myself, but only because of who I am as a person, and not because my suit didn't fit well.

Had several shirts and a suit altered by them. Their work is top notch with very reasonable charges and fast service. My girlfriend also had a bridesmaid dress altered and she appreciated the work. Very unprofessional. I went in too get my wedding dress altered all I wanted and needed done was the straps of the dress and he kept insisting I needed the bottom of my dress hemmed up, which he told me since it was lace that he would have too cut it off and it would not look the same, and then said he needed to cut the underlay er of my dress out... um hello a 1500$ dress ?? ... no. After I told them no I didn't want any of that done he said 3 times if I could get new shoes.... I didn't buy a 200 pair worth of shoes just too change them. And then finally when he got too the straps he said he couldn't fix the under strap. I went too HANNAS ALTERATIONS and he was very professional, didn't even talk about the bottom if my dress bc it didn't need any thing done too it. I will never go back there again especially with a wedding dress, even if they just said they'd fix the top I still would not have left my dress there for the fear of them doing it anyways.
