They meant well but they all but ruined my wedding dress. They didn't listen to my requests and the ones they did make were either over done or made the dress hardly wearable. If I didn't have family who could fix it I would be in tears, my wedding is less than a month away...

You send them your garments via mail with a simple online ordering system, and they send them back within two weeks, works great for me!

I went to B and L Tailors this morning needing an invisible zipper put in a formal dress for my daughter and also needing a formal dress hemmed. I was in a bit of a rush because I also need to get one of the dresses dry cleaned and only have a few days to do all of that. The gentlemen at B & L were very professional and courteous and kind. They took my items and told me it would be a couple of days. Imaging my surprise when they called me 3 hours later and all of my alterations were done. This is the best service I have ever had. I highly recommend.

I purchased a beautiful garment from Turkey, that was very expensive. I was very apprehensive to allow any one to hem it or to do any alterations, however after googling I saw that B & L had almost 5 stars. I took my garment in and it was finished the very next day. I was impressed with the work to say the least. I would recommend them and take my garments to them in the future.

I had to have a dress tailored for a wedding kinda last minute. All I needed was to have the dress hemmed but the dress was a trumpet with a small train and extremely long on me in the front, B&L Tailors had my dress back to me in time for the wedding and at a very good price, not to mention the staff was incredibly friendly and the dress looked beautiful.

Quick and easy. I live in a place where there are no tailors, so I was excited to see that someone offered an online service. Sent out my items and before I knew it, had them back. Its nice to know that I won't be tearing up the bottom of my pants anymore.

My experience here has been Awesome!! I have been to many alteration places before but have found B & L Tailors to be the best and most professional. I bring my pants, skirts, dresses, formal dresses, jackets here to be altered. My alterations always look very professional and my clothes are a perfect fit when they are done. I've been coming here for years and have never been disappointed. I live in Charlotte now, but I still come here for my alterations.

My coat went from ghetto to classy, I went to another place and they said they couldn't do anything with it, and Leon said they could work miracles and they did:D I couldn't be more pleased. Needed 2 pair of suit pants hemmed. Tried them on so they could fit them. These were needed for a funeral. Neither were properly sized. Too short. Really messed up the day. I will have them resized and try to make them look better at a different taylor. Will never use them again.
