The customer service was terrible she dosent my even look at you when she talkes to you. Her prices also keeps on rising. I had a bad experience there and I will never go there again.

There are places closer closer to my house but I go here they do a great job sewing on patches on my riding jackets and leather vest and are very reasonably priced.

I am an active duty service member, and not being near a military installation makes it difficult to find quality sewing for a good cost, that can also do the tailoring to a military standard. This place was great, and same day return is just like the shops near military installations. I'll definitely be coming back here to get my sewing done.

Dropped off my wedding dress and was very disappointed with the experience. I asked that the waist be taken in, a hook added to the straps so they could be pinned like an X, and one of the skirt layers removed. When I went in to collect my dress, she had only done the waist and she said "forgot" about the other two alterations. She didn't apologize but said I could come in later that day to get the dress and she would have it fixed by then. I live about half an hour away so having to drive another hour was also frustrating, besides the fact she didn't do two of the three alterations. When I got there later that day to pick up the dress, one of the alterations wasn't done how I originally requested. At that point I was just done. I asked if five dollars could be taken off my total for the inconvenience of having to come back and they said no. I don't want any other brides to go through this stress and would not recommend this place at all. Go somewhere that cares about you and won't forget about your alterations/do them wrong.

We have used Ahn's for many years. I went to get measured for a dress I am ordering online. I called a head of time and they said no charge, so when I arrived I explained what I needed (about 10 measurements) and that I had spoke to someone earlier. When she saw the list she sighed and gave me the pen to write them down on my own. She gave me an attitude the whole time she was measuring me, as if I were an inconvenience. Once we finished, I asked her if I owed her anything and she said no and turned to walk away. I started explaining that once I recieve the dress I will bring it back there if it needs any alterations. I stopped before I finished my statement, because she did not bother to acknowledge me speaking to her, or even turn around, so I left. So, I definitely will be taking my buisness elsewhere when the dress arrives, and my family and friends will no longer give Ahn's our buisness. They have never been great with customer service, but this pushed the limit.

I am truly not sure at all where the recent positive reviews are coming from. I have actually been loyal to Anh's for years, as this has been our families 'go to' place for alterations. However, in recent years the quality of work and customer service has severely declined. After my latest experience with Anh's, I, nor my family, will EVER go back. To go into detail, in my line of work I have consistent contact with fabulous seamstresses who create custom items (costumes & so forth) for me from scratch, as well as do extensive alterations so I have an educated concept of fair pricing. However, I have chosen to bring my personal items to Anh's for minor alterations due to ease of location and past experience (which initially was positive). Over the past several times I have brought my business to her, she has seemed increasingly annoyed and her prices have continued to rise. Today I tried to drop off a dress (hem and sleeves), romper (hem and sleeves), and a bathing suit (straps) and she wanted $120. I could not believe it. When i questioned her on this, she gave severe attitude and proceeded to take all of the pins out and hand me back all of the items. I could not believe, after years of loyalty to Anh's, when there are much better and cheaper alternatives, that this was her course of action. Save your time and money - there are MUCH better alterations places who care about their customers and want business. The days of her 'fair' pricing are out the window.

Anh's is the only place I take my clothes to be altered. They always do a great job and the prices are fairly reasonable. I have tried several different places around the Charlotte area and Anh's is considerably cheaper and the service is spot on.

I don't know what's up with all of these negative comments she's great just and average woman. I have three shirts and four pants altered and it wasn't pricey at all. I will be returning
