I went to Alterations by Laura to have my wedding dress altered because she had great reviews. She did agree to do the alterations on a short notice and promised my dress would fit when she was finished. She did the measurements and pinned how much she would need to take in the dress. On my wedding day the dress was still so loose they had to pin it so it would stay up. When I called her to let her know that the dress was very loose, she blamed me, saying it was my undergarments that made it so loose. While I was trying to explain to her, she hung up on me. For the money she charged the alterations should have been done better and she should have better customer service. Not going back to her, a lesson learned

My cousin had accidentally ripped her prom dress the night before prom! We quickly made a run to Laura's Alteration shop and were able to get it fixed amazingly. The prom dress looked brand new and we were breath taken.

Said she would be able to do a Christmas stocking project we brought in after 4 days messaged that she wouldn't do it because it was to much work....now we have to look for someone else right before Christmas...she looked the project over when we brought it in she should have just said she couldn't do it not wait four days then message us

Reasonable price and great work. Got a dress with a liner hemmed and even changed the neckline of the dress to a subtle v-neck. Everything was matched to the original hems and edges. Will be returning for anything I need tailored in the future.
