Absolutely fantastic experience. I brought in a jacket with four elaborate patches I'd like to be sown on, and the final product is absolutely fantastic. Perfectly centered and stitched. Incredible craftsmanship. Would highly recommend to anyone who needs the skills of an expert seamstress.

Waited til the last minute to have a dress altered and it needed to be altered everywhere, it also had straps on the back that I was afraid wouldn't be able to be fixed. 4 days later I got the dress back and it looked and fit perfectly. It wasn't too expensive, about what I expected for what needed to be done on such short notice, but I would definitely recommend this place. Will be back for any more alteration needs!

Not Recommended for Vests. I called to get pricing and turnaround time for patches on my husband’s riding vest. The price was great so we took them in. I specified that the pockets were NOT to be sewn shut and this was confirmed on site. Upon picking up the vests one pocket had been sewn shut. When I pointed this out I was told they didn’t have the arm to fillet the vest, and to fix it and see the patch on without closing up the pocket would be an additional $30. There was also one patch sewn on in the wrong place, which they fixed immediately for free. Back patches were centered and attached nicely. I appreciate that they do not use glue when putting on patches. Overall, customer service was decent but it was apparent that they are not as all-inclusive as the name indicates. I noticed that most of their work centered around dresses. Would be a great place to take dresses & formal wear, but I do not recommend having vests worked on here.

I don't recommend you go here for your alterations. Took some jeans for alterations on a Saturday and was told that it will be ready on Thursday. I told them that would be great, and that I'll just pick them up the following Saturday. Got there as soon as they opened up on the following Saturday, and was told that I was too early to pick them up, and they said they can get it done in 15 mins. I was frustrated because they had a whole week to do the alterations and they were not even ready for pick up. They had the audacity to say that I came too early to pick them up when they were suppose to be done already two days prior. Then they were going to rush the job. Took my stuff somewhere else and will never be going there again. Worst customer service ever.

I had my wedding dress taken out and bustled. It was done in just two weeks, and pricing was amazing. The dress fits perfectly now and they are so professional and competent. You can tell she knows what she's doing and I felt confident from that my dress would turn out great and it did. I would suggest using her for any wedding dress or formal alterations. I'm sure she's amazing with anything else as well.

It took a week to hem 2 pairs of slacks. Less than 2 months later, the hems have come out on one leg in each pair of slacks. Disappointing.

I brought my Prom dress in for extensive alterations and they did amazing!! My dress, before much too long and too big in the shoulders, fit perfectly! I would recommend this place to anyone and will definitely come again when I need alterations.

I had to get some uniforms hemmed before deployment and everyone was giving me the run around. All alterations was able to save the day by sewing my pants and I was able to pick them up the next day. Thanks Again!

I recently had surgery and needed Faja(compression garment) taken in I found her and she get it right every time and now I take her all my clothing I have a small waist and big hips and butt she tailors my clothing like no other I call her my mamacita she is always pleasant and she meets my needs even when I’m last minute she makes it happen even if she has to work a little later

I bought in my prom dress which needed to be taken in at the waist and shortened in the front without distorting the pattern on the dress. They did an AMAZING job, my dress was fitted perfectly. During the initial fitting they also noticed that my zipper wasn't correctly hidden and replaced it without a problem. These ladies are very sweet and polite and know exactly what they're doing. I will definitely be going back to them for any alterations I need in the future.

I paid a pretty penny to have my gown altered & it is still too long. YES- we measured the 1st time with my shoes, but I didn't think to bring my shoes a 2nd time, because I thought the measurements were correct the 1st time! I called to advise that the gown is being stepped on when I walk & I trip over it, & asked if they can please shorten it some more, seeing as it wasn't done correctly the 1st time. I told them that I didn't have anymore money to pay, so I was told to bring it Saturday & they will fix it. A couple hours later, I received a phone call from them advising that it will cost more and they can't have the dress ready for me by Tuesday....TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT! I paid so much money to have this dress altered correctly for my Son's wedding & now I don't know what to do. I may just have to buy another gown locally, in a matter of 2 days. Thanks for NOTHING All Alterations! What a waste of time & money....I'll never use your company again & neither will my Friends or Family. I have filed a complaint w/the BBB also. I want a FULL refund, it's only right. I have also disputed this transaction with my bank. You guys shouldn't be in business, if you can't fulfill your Customer's request the 1st time & without ripping them off.

Have used her a few times for bridesmaid dresses and recently for two pairs of pants. They do an amazing job! Today I called and asked to see if could maybe pick my pants up a day early (as in today instead of tomorrow) because we had plans change and are leaving to go out of town a day early. She quickly got them done for me. She is so sweet and does a great job
