SLOW, SLOW, SLOW! After having to come back and get fitted due to their ridiculous fitting schedule I had to wait 10 days to get a pair of pants hemmed. Fine. Wasn't in a big rush. They called to day before it was scheduled to be ready and said I had to come in to get re-fitted because the pins fell out!! Will never go back.

This place is ridiculously overpriced. I paid to get my suit tailored and instead they just hemmed a little bit. My suit is still is not tailored and is way too expensive for even just a hem! I don't recommend this place to anyone. STAY AWAY.

They over charge for simple work. My wife and I have had several awful experiences where our expectations have not been met. They took in a dress for my wife and my wife tried it on it was too tight. So they readjusted it but claimed it was my wife's fault for gaining weight! They continued to charge us double. I will never take any of my items to this business again.

I just now picked up my laundry, (7/17/15). It is perfect and the employees were courteous and pleasant. My family recommends "The Added Touch" to everybody. We have been using them for years and years! When our daughters were going to Proms, we trusted The Added Touch with their PROM DRESSES! If you know how expensive and how delicate prom dresses are, you understand that we don't let just any cleaners touch those gowns! We trust "The Added Touch". You can too!

If I could give a zero that's what they deserve! Poor service! Picked the gown up to find green/blue stains on it! She says oh it should come off with water! Certainly wasn't any stains when dropped off! The attached brooch was damaged! The idiot tried to super glue it back on! How pathetically unprofessional! Plus the back clasp closure was removed & a thin piece of string was added! Very tacky! They screwed up sequins on the back! The shawl made is a joke! If you're looking for tacky, low budget, unprofessional, etc work! This is the place! But if you're looking for classy, professional, superior service! This isn't where you should go! Run from this place! Save your $$!

i dropped off 1 skirt and 1 dress. the dress needed to be taken up under the arms and the length tsken up. the waist of thr skirt needed to be taken in. when I went to pick them up it was 67.00. the owner dropped the bill down to 58.00. she was the one who pinned the alterations for me. she knew I was extremely upset with the price. she went on to say i should have asked about pricing before I left but what made it so expensive was the skirt was lined and the dress had a seam at the bust. the dress was not lined. when I got home and tried on the 2 pieces the skirt fit but the dress was still to big under the arms. if you have to go there get a price before you leave better yet don't go.

I had a braidsmaid's dress altered and she did a wonderful job. The dress was really big and you couldn't tell it was altered. Reasonably priced!!

Actually, I would rate this business 0 stars.. Horrible service. HORRIBLE.. Ridiculously overpriced. I went in to get a dressed taken up. Would not give me the total until the end. 70 for a hem?? Cmon.. I called earlier that day and received another price. The seamstress would rather take the chalk marks off than negotiate the price. I asked what did she use to remove the chalk, her response was "..with what I used". I would rather give another place 100 for this job than give a dime to this place.

They were so wonderful! They had just closed the door to lock up when I pulled in. They opened back up to take my items and then did my patches in a 2 day rush. They then and stayed open an extra 10 minutes, because I was stuck in traffic, so I could pick up my items before the next business day. I didn't think they were expensive like other reviewers said. It cost me $12 for 3 patches to be sewn on and the quality of work was great. I'll be going back.
