Great service! Good people! They did a wonderful job on my jeans. I had several pairs for hemming and taken in and they fit great. I could not tell where the "taken in" were and they even kept the original hem. Good price, good service!

This is first time going to this place for alterations, and today we picked up a dressy shirt and (suit) pants that were too big and couldn't be any happier with the amazing work that was done. Won't be the last time going there!!! :) A+ for sure!!

I needed a dress altered relatively quickly, but they did not disappoint. Service was great and they got the dress ready in time. The dress fit great too! I have had a number of other items tailored here as well and have no complaints.

Had an expensive designer gray suede jacket that no one else would even ATTEMPT to clean. "Oh you can't...Oh it will ruin the jacket," I heard from several other places I tried to take it to get cleaned. Well, not ONLY did she clean the HECK out of it AND fix the side hidden front zippers, but it looked BETTER then when I first bought the jacket! SPLENDID job! Will definitely continue to get my business!

I recently had a Nike track pant altered as it was too large. A+ Alterations did a great job the first time, however, the pants were still a little too loose. When I went back, the owner was very understanding and agreed to re-do further alterations without ANY hesitation. The second time was a charm, and the pants fit PERFECTLY! The entire experience was very pleasant and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND A+ Alterations. Their prices are also reasonable, compared to other nearby services.

Wedding dress alteration I had my dress altered by Jennifer. She did a great job going over how I wanted the dress to fit and the bustle. The dress turned out beautifully and the price was reasonable. I would highly recommend A Plus for alterations and dry cleaning services.

I would give zero stars if I could. I brought in a dress that had an attached belt and when I got the dress back there was no belt. I understand that mistakes happen but when I tried to discuss it with the owner, she told me it was my fault for not writing that there was a attached belt on the ticket. She told me that I probably didn't even bring it in the first place, which is ridiculous because it was attached. Basically she just kept blaming the situation on me. Finally, I brought up the fact that I have tried to drop stuff off in the morning and they weren't open (during open hours, they were just late to open) and that they don't answer the phone when I called...multiple times. Her response: "well you can't have it your way all the time". Needless to say she has no sense of responsibility to the customer and their experience. ***update: she found the belt and returned it to me a few days later, so I will alter my review to 2 stars.
