Terrible, unorganized service. I had 9 members of the bridal party to to the groom store and every single one had issues, from the suits not fitting correctly to alterations never being done. The shirt color was wrong after being corrected twice! Accessories took a long time to come in. None of the employees know what is happening.

In searching for a place to rent suits or tuxes, it generally comes down to how MUCH you want to spend to have something that has been previously used, for one night. Yes, everybody would have looked uniform, but does that also mean they look their best? My (now) husband and I went into Franklin Rogers about 6 months before our wedding to browse their suit rental options. Upon asking, their response was that they do not rent suits but rather sell them at comparable or cheaper prices. We were presented with a ton of different options that covered different price ranges and quality of the suits. We left the store after this first appointment feeling like at least one part of the wedding was safely in somebody else's hands. Fast forward to a few days after our last groomsman was sized, I received a call from one of the wedding staff to inform me that they had tried to place the order but the suits we had chosen were back-ordered to a date that was too close to our wedding date, but they had still gone and placed the order with an upgraded suit line that was of higher quality but the same style and color, to keep the look that we wanted but alleviate some of the unnecessary stress. Fast forward again about five months, and our wedding party looked better than I could have imagined, but the most memorable part was the genuine service we received from everybody at Franklin Rogers. Small businesses really do it better sometimes!!

This store was extremely difficult to work with. We, unfortunately, struggled to get all of the correct items for our tuxes along with all the correct alterations for all of the Groomsmen for the wedding. The staff was friendly however it seemed that everyone was confused, and that management did not have a clear and effective way to manage the staff. Some disappointing items that occurred were as follows: 1. Tux Jackets and Button Up Shirts were not the correct size or length on multiple times when we arrived for either a fitting or pick up. 2. We had ordered a specific brand tux "London Fog" When we went to pick up the Tuxes there was a different brand that was delivered and provided to my Groomsmen and me. 3. Multiple times when groomsmen would go to either be fitted or to pick up their tuxes items were not ready. 4. Alterations to the pants such as buttons for suspenders were never made. We had to do these on our own. 5. The groom's outfit did not fit well, overall places were too tight or short and unfortunately made for some awkward photos. It was also unfortunate that they took so long and made it impossible to go elsewhere or have it fixed. Some positives items that occurred were as follows: 1. Liza, a sales associate was great throughout the process. Very patient with myself and all of my groomsmen. She should immediately be promoted to the bridal manager. 2. After we brought the issue about the incorrect tuxes being ordered we were issued a refund of the difference in the costs between brands. All in all please do not be enticed by the deal to go here. Either make the investment to a nicer more prominent tux/suit store or go to a generic Men's Warehouse.

From the second my fiancee and I walked into the store, I knew that we had found a knowledgeable and caring group of professionals that would take our thoughts and make them into a reality. The different suit choices presented to us along with accessories and shoes created an overall experience that exceeded our expectations. The wedding team there ultimately took the stress away from us and allowed me to breathe and focus on everything else going on with the wedding, which we both really really appreciated and would highly recommend to anybody in the search for wedding suits. On top of the fantastic service, I would ask anybody why they would want to rent something rather than owning it for less? Overall a wonderful experience, and I will definitely be back to shop for myself later on!

Phenomenal customer service I called in even though I was not a customer I was styling a wedding and I had no idea how to style a bowtie or tie it i usually style the bride but this time I was asked to style the groom and the groomsmen I know I probably should have figured this out days prior to the day of the wedding but I had been busy preparing and I had run out of options and thought wow this tuxedo place might be able to help me learn how to tie a bowtie I called in they were more than happy to help me and told me to come on in and I was welcomed by the most friendliest gentleman that I have ever met in my life he was so sweet and had the most amazing purple suit on he showed me how to tie the bowtie let me practice twice and I had it ! I will literally never forget this for the rest of my life I am so thankful for that teaching moment they were so kind and caring and genuinely wanted to help me whether I was a customer or not my father passed when I was younger and I don’t have anyone to teach me these things so it really meant a lot to me
