These people are such cons. Everytime I have tried to use one of their coupons they do not honor it correctly. They have argued with me saying things were excluded from the coupon when it was clearly not stated in "excluded items" section of the coupon. Or they have only given me a part discount, which I didn't realize until after leaving. Or they insist I "just wait to pay when I pick up" when I have the coupon and am willing to pay. Then tell me I can't use the coupon since it had to have been used at drop off. The coupons they put out are just a scam to get you in.

I dropped off my very heavily beaded, cocktail gown style wedding dress to be cleaned. The bottom hem had significant gray/black marks from my shoes and the dance floor plus a few other stains on the dress. The tag was marked as do not dry clean, hand wash only and Paul at Stoughton Cleaners was very up front with me in explaining that they would hand clean it, but it may not come out perfectly clean. I knew that and asked that it just be as clean as possible before I pack it away. The dress was picked up yesterday and it is spotless! All staining is gone, and it’s like it was never worn- and they did this for a very, very low price. I was highly impressed with their honesty up front, more than reasonable price and fantastic work!
