Before agreeing on allowing the tailor to alter my clothes I asked, "are my requests realistic and is it worth my money to have you do the alterations?". "Yes, Of course" they said. I spent about 2 hours going through all the clothes I needed altered. I brought in clothes that fit well for them to use as a reference. They took my measurements. I repeated my self in regards to what I wanted. Everytime I also asked if what I wanted would be realistic for them to accomplish and they insisted that it was realistic. Scheduled time for pickup. About a day or two of pick I called to ensure my tailored clothes would be ready. I was told it wouldn't be ready at the agreed upon time. I said I am willing to wait, just want to make sure the tailor takes their time and does a good job on my clothes. I go to pick up items. I try them on the same day. Unfortunately, only two out of the almost 10 pieces of clothes I gave fit properly. The stitching on most of the items were noticeably unclean and not a tight as a typical stitching. I call and requested they please try and alter the items. I was leaving town in 3 days. They agreed to make the adjustments (which I appreicated). After moving across the country I noticed the stitching of the items didn't seem right. Threads began coming loose as I wore my Jean's and suit. I am not sure what they are good at stitching or sowing. I will say that my appx 6 pair of Jean's and 2 suits weren't done to typical tailoring standards. Lovely couple, I just am disappointed in the job done. I will end up donating the altered clothes.
