If you’re looking for common courtesy in your tailor, look else where. I called ahead of time to inquire about when they could have a repair done on a pair of pants. Over the phone they confidently told me they can have it done same day if I came within an hour. I rushed across town and made it 10 minutes prior to the time discussed, and as soon as I walk in the woman upfront just says “No”... Before I said a word. I preceded to still speak with optimism and respect but as I asked more questions, the response stayed the same and there was no explanation as to why I was told false information.

Romeo is a master tailor of fine suits. I brought in my two Canali suits that I bought in Italy that had to be shortened a bit, and he did an amazing job. His work is truly from the old country. Very happy with the outcome.

I contacted them to begin a lasting relationship from business to business. We offered 500 to 1000 articles of clothing, jackets, hats, etc for them to patch for us and they yelled at me that they didn't want anything and hung up on me. Very unprofessional and ignorant. If you are a company looking to create a lasting relationship definitely shop elsewhere.
