Really unprofessional. The tailor is incredibly rude and short in all responses. I realized now that I should not have trusted the few reviews she has. She returned my suit jacket with a hole in the back and the pants could no longer be buttoned. Do not go here or trust her with your clothes. There's nothing to hold her accountable and she will not issue refunds

I asked her to hem pants and she did so wonderfully. Now I can get married in my pants, so in my book; she's amazing. Don't really care about the "short" behavior people are talking about here, chalking that up to culture gap. Not worried about it, she's a pro.
