Petr is the best!

This was probably the best customer service interaction of my life. I walked in without an appointment and he fixed a popped seam on my sweater while I waited and we had a very pleasant conversation. Petr is one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet and he did an amazing job. I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else.
