I went there to get my prom dress shortened and she ruin my prom dress that I spent 400 dollars on already. After I told her I didn’t like it and asked if there was any other way to fix it she told me no and that I couldn’t get my money back. She was rude and more concerned in telling me repeatedly that I would not get my money back when I really would have liked if she talked to me and tried to fix my dress. It’s a week before my prom and I pay for everything myself and it’s not a lot to most people but when I spend an extra 100 to fix a dress that she just messed up anyways i would expect something back I struggle enough paying everything else and all I wanted was my last prom to be special and perfect. I’m behond upset this lady was unreasonable and rude I don’t recommend this place at all.

I've taken over 50 items here (pants, dresses, bridesmaid dresses, coats, skirts, etc) and she's always done a wonderful job. My sister had her wedding dress altered here and it came out beautiful. I live in Boston now and still drive to Perfect Fit whenever I need tailoring!!!
