Jozetta is a wizard with a needle. She has taken care of a number of my suits and shirts. In some cases making so many alterations to them (at my request) that they are essentially a new garment. Prices are beyond competitive and downright inexpensive. So long as she's there, I won't be using any other tailoring service.

The tailor here is HORRIBLE. I dropped off my wedding dress to be hemmed the sleeves adjusted. When I went to check on it and see how it was coming along, I noticed that the woman had already hemmed, it. I asked where the fabric she cut off the bottom was (I was keeping it for my bouquet and a few other items for the wedding day) and she told me she threw it away. Who does that?! And when I told her I specifically asked her to keep it, she told me I was lying! After that, I asked her to just hand over my dress as is (I had already paid for the work) and she said NO. She, in front of another customer, started screaming at myself and my fiance. She told me she wouldn't give me my dress back until she finished the work, and I told her absolutely NOT and that she would NOT be touching my dress any further and I would be going somewhere else. After 20 minutes of loud arguing and her screaming at us, I told her I was going to take my dress from the back if she wouldn't give it to me. She finally handed it over to me, but told me I needed to show my receipt to her, even though she KNEW I already paid. I also asked for my money back since she threw away the fabric I paid huge money for, and she never completed the sleeves. She refused at first, and eventually agreed to give me ONLY $30 back out of the $137 I paid! This went on for almost 40 minutes. I finally got my dress back and had Helen down the street tailor the rest. I will NEVER give this place a cent of my business, and I've made sure to let other brides know to never trust this woman with their dress or money.

The work was decent but the attitude I received in general was negative. Not inviting at all. She did not make me want to be in her presence both times I saw her. Very negative and pushy. I won't be going back and will find a nicer seamstress. Personality matters when dealing kne in one with customers.
