Great customer service and good deals on quality suits

The suit I purchased was fine. It fit well and comfortably, and was designed stylishly. However, the material out of which the suit was made, and especially the tailoring at the Lincoln location, were both substantially subpar. In the first place, I asked to have suspender buttons sewn into the pants of the suit, and I also paid for that service. When I received the pants, that service had not been provided. I contacted the manager, and they refunded my money for the cost of adding the buttons, and they also added the buttons, and I was very happy with this customer service. But then, around a month after I bought the suit, the outer seam of the pants, where it meets the pocket, just ripped open one day when I sat down! Needless to say I was disappointed. I took it somewhere (not Jos. A. Bank) to be repaired. Only a week after that, while I was at work, the stitching holding the hem of the pant leg up came entirely undone. So here I am, walking around my job in a suit with one pant leg six inches longer than the other, bunched up around my ankle. Very stylish indeed. This is too many mistakes, too much deterioration, and too much inattention to detail, to have experienced within two months of spending a good amount of money. I will not be purchasing another suit from Jos. A. Bank

Not very accommodating. They do not open until 11am on Sunday, yet you are required to drop off your suit in person. This is insanely inconvenient for people who have to catch a flight the day after a wedding. Also the sales people were not very efficient checking the suit back in.

My experience shopping for suits for my wedding began, and ended, at Jos. A. Bank in Newport, RI. Angel was awesome to work with throughout the process, and helped me attain the look I was going for. With his assistance I chose high quality, yet very affordable, bright navy suits for myself and my groomsmen. It was only a slightly more expensive option to buy suits than to go elsewhere and rent tuxedos, and everyone went home with a sweet new suit at the end. He helped me select shirts to match the ties I had picked out, and made sure that I was able to take advantage of great sales. He even made sure that my out of state groomsmen were taken care of by sending their suits to the stores nearest to them so they had ample time to get fitted. Overall, Angel made it an easy and affordable experience that made me and my groomsmen look and feel good.

We had an excellent experience here! The gentlemen are incredibly helpful, especially because we had no idea how to buy a suit for my husband. Of course the deals are great, but so is the selection. Brooks Brothers on the island does not carry many suits, so this store was a welcomed surprise. Tailoring is in-house, which simplifies everything. Turnaround is about two weeks. We will be back when he needs something else!

Bought my son two suits in Glenview Illinois. The store shipped them to my son at no charge to his college apartment in Lincoln Nebraska. A few weeks later I am in Nebraska for parents weekend and my son has not bought his suits in to be altered. We arrived at the store on a Saturday night 15 minutes before closing

I walked in and had a brief idea on what I wanted, both guys that were working there had customers. As soon as they finished up though they asked if I needed help and I told them what I was thinking and they made it happen. Let me tell ya, I was looking like a snack. They also have a crazy deal going on right now, saved almost 500 dollars on my jacket and accessories! Well worth stopping by.

Friendly staff, but pricey merchandise. If your looking for an expensive name brand suit this is the place to go they size, fit, and tailor to make a perfect fit. Unfortunately it takes a couple weeks to get the alterations done and if they don't haves something close to your size they ask for upfront payment to order it in which takes 2 more days. No one wants to wait 2 and a half weeks for a suit, but if you want that perfect fit for a special occasion they can get it for you.

Eloped with my now-spouse and came to get a suit for the wedding ceremony. Neither of us had ever bought a suit before or knew the process involved, but the staff were incredibly knowledgable and helpful. Daniel took Ash's measurements and walked us through the entire process, couldn't have treated us better! Angel, the manager on duty, even arranged for the suit to be tailored in time for our big day! Ash looked amazing and we got another suit for the price of one! Could not have been happier with this shop. Would give it 6 stars if I could. Thank you, Daniel and Angel, for literally making our big day!
