AVOID! First of all I rate zero stars, not one. Absolutely awful, horrendous people running this place. Should have known when they were rude from the start and make you pay up front for a reason. Went in to pick up my dress for a wedding I was going to TODAY that I needed taken in. They essentially gave it back to me the same size. Unwearable. I begged her to take it in so I could wear it today. The response I got was “nope, I don’t have time to help you”- In front of another customer mind you. Then I told her I wanted a refund and she laughed! And said no!!! She says “I just work here”. Ultimately and thankfully the angels at MS Tailor in North Smithfield we’re so very willing to help and took my dress in like actual professional tailors. What a dump they’re running over there.

Unbelievably rude. It seemed like I was just an inconvenience every time I walked into the store. She would not acknowledge me and when I told her what I was looking for, I was rushed. When I picked my garments up, they were not given to me in a bag and I had to ask for one (normally I would not care but it was raining). She was also frustrated that I asked for a copy of my receipt. The tailoring quality was subpar which is probably due to her just lackadaisically poking pins in my gown. I’m a very low-maintenance customer and I understand that customer service can be frustrating but this was beyond a typical “bad day” experience.

Gentlemen appears to be nice, but rudely throws your finished clothing to and at you when he is done. The previous customer he walked over and he handed it to him. I guess it's a certain demographic he is professional with.

What used to be great service has gone rotten. they do not own up to thier store policies.

I’d give 10 stars if I could. George’s Tailoring went above and beyond to help. Had pants hemmed and suit jacket sleeves shortened perfectly and faster than any other shop. I’ve been getting clothes tailored for over 10 years and this was the best experience.
