I left a hat to be fitted. I had to have them fix their mistake twice because they didn't take proper measurements on multiple occasions. When I went back a third time they had made it fit by bunching up the material in the back, leaving an uneven crease bunched up in the back. They promised to call when it was ready on multiple occasions, which they never did. Apparently it had been "ready" for two days prior to me calling them to find out what was going on. I wish I never went there, the hat is worse looking now than when I initially left it to their care. Terrible customer service, terrible work, will warn everyone I know to avoid this place. Completely unprofessional.

Dropped some pants off on Thursday morning to have tailored. Was told ( at a 1 hr tailor) to come back on Saturday. Since I didn't really need them right away I was ok with this. We agreed on a time of pick up on Saturday (12pm). Saturday at 12pm I return to pick up my items. I'm told that they are not done and if I can return later in the day. I explain that I can not because I'm at work and will be until the tailors close. Then the woman behind the counter actually suggested leaving my items outside after they close so I can pick them up after I get out of work! I could not believe this was a suggestion. I asked why I was told they would be ready on Saturday and they are not, given this is in fact a 1 hr tailor and its been 2 days. The woman simply said I do not know and again suggested leaving them outside! I mean seriously!?!?! I am till trying to figure out if this is the kind of business practices this place is ok with. Either way I will not return to this place again and will make sure I let others know what could happen to their things if they decide to do business with this place.

To whom it may concern, I've been coming here well over 5 years. The tailoring is good and so is the cleaning. The people that worked here in the past and the people working here presently are rates no less than excellent.

Needed a wedding dress altered and they did a wonderful job. Despite the fact that they were really booked because of the prom season both the seamstress the lady at the counter ensured that I got my dress back in a timely manner. They even called me with updates on the price since I had so many alterations done on it. Overall I had a great experience and would definitely come here again.

Reliable and fast place to have your dry cleaning done. They send it out though so it comes back after a day or two but I've never had any complaints. Highly recommend

Do not go here. The people are nice and friendly but in terms of dry cleaning they are the worst. I brought a brand new suit here to get dry cleaned the was a little wrinkly and got back in the normal amount of time. When I got it back and looked at it the following day I had a tear on the back of the shoulder not on a seam that was not obviously there when I dropped it off. I went back and complained about the tear and the girl at the counter nicely took it back and gave me another slip for dropping it off telling me her manager will give me a call first thing Monday. (It was a Saturday when I dropped it off). Fast forward to two weeks later I finally get a call from a guy who actually is the owner. He tells me this hole is from a moth and not from the dry cleaning. The hole is in a pretty obvious spot and it was not there when I dropped it off and now I have a useless suit and flushed $500 down the drain. If you want your nice clothes to get ruined and waste your money then get lied to go here. Otherwise avoid at all costs

I dropped off two Air Force uniforms that needed to have 6 patches moved over from the old blouse to the new one. I brought them in on a Monday and received a guarantee they would be done by Friday (I got tasked with the Boston Marathon). When I went to pick up Friday the girl at the counter was like sorry it’s not done and I’m not sure when it will be done. No warning, no heads up, nothing now I’m left scrambling trying to get my uniform squared away for the Boston Marathon in two days.

THIS WAS A FEW YEARS AGO... I WENT TO GET MY BRAND NEW SUIT ALTERED AT THE PLACE ACROSS FROM PAPA GINOS AND DUNKS ON 44... I COULDNT GET IT DONE IN TIME FOR AN EVENT SO I TOLD THEM TAKE UR TIME... THEY SAID THEY WOULD CALL ME WHEN IT WAS DONE... A FEW MONTHS GOES BY AND I NEEDED IT FOR A FUNCTION SO I CALLED THEM TO SEE IF IT WAS READY AND THEY SAID IT WAS DONE A WHILE AGO AND IT WOULD BE $267.00......I SAID ARE U SERIOUS AND THEY SAID YES.......WELL LONGER STORY SHORT IT FIT WELL EXCEPT THE VEST WAS TOO TIGHT AND MIND U AT THE TIME I LOST ABOUT 25LBS AND WAS WORRIED THE WHOLE SUIT WOULD BE TOO BIG.... SO AFTER THE WEDDING I CALLED THEM AND TOLD THEM AND THEY WANTED TO CHARGE ME AGAIN.......I SAID IF I HADNT LOST WEIGHT NOTHING WOULD FIT ME AND AFTER RAPING ME ONCE ON THE PRICE UR GONNA CHARGE ME AGAIN... THEY SAID I TOOK TO LONG TO PICK IT UP WHICH THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO CALL ME AND THEY NEVER DID.....SO I SAID I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN AND I WILL LET EVERYONE KNOW HOW BAD U SUCK.....SO JUST A HEADS UP SORRY FOR THE RANT

This happened to me last year--I went there for many years and was always happy with the customer service. Unfortunately, I had an issue with my bank and had to transfer all the money to another account as there was a potential breach of security on my account.I had written a small check--less than $15, to Envy and it bounced. They charged me a $50 bounce check fee in addition to paying what was owed. When I tried to address it with them, they referred me to the sign posted. No one would help me, and worse yet--no one seemed to care that they were losing a good customer!! I don't even know if they could legally do that--maybe I should reach out to the Better Business Bureau also! Anyway, I found another dry cleaner in Raynham----they are awesome, and they take debit/credit cards!! Envy will never see me again!

Bought a jacket but the sleeves we're too long. I made an appointment and had the sleeves pinned to where I needed them to be. Really happy with the final product and I'll definitely be coming back in the future. Also, their one hour service is only for the basic things like hems. If you need anything outside of that be prepared to wait a couple days.
