I walked up to this location, and honestly I'm not sure whether it's common practice for tailors to be open on Monday, but I knocked on the door. She answered the door to tell me she was closed and I had better bring my [single pair of jeans] back the next day. She didn't have two minutes to write down my name and leg length? Okay... I took my item to be hemmed somewhere else in town that, was cheaper, and *actually* wanted my business.

She altered my wedding dress and it came out beautifully! Yes she is a busy woman but I feel like that proves how great she is! She runs a small business in a local shop in Franklin and I think everyone should shop small businesses :) please go to Donna she is very friendly and nice! Don’t believe the previous reviews about her being rude they are simply untrue! Maybe she was having a bad day. She has done all my families tailoring and we will always go back to her. The only issue we ever have is that she is so busy lol!

I brought my prom dress to have it hemmed and two seams in the back to be restitched (it was used and two seams were torn) and am very happy with the results! My dress was a little more complicated than most for hemming because it has a two layer skirt, a very sheer outer layer and the actual fabric underneath. The total came to $55, which I thought was reasonable for the quality work that Dona did. It was also done very fast- she assured me that it would be 1 week at the most since I brought mine earlier than the other girls and wanted to have it done before the rush. I think it was 5 or 6 days? I highly recommend!

I've used Dona for years. She's altered first communion dresses and prom dresses for my girls. She's fixed zippers, hemmed pants, altered tops, etc. She and her sister do a wonderful job and are very professional and reasonably priced.

Love love the job this shop did on my sons leather jacket. Donna and her sister worked on it. The lining and pockets had to be replaced and sleeves They matched the material perfectly to the jacket and the repair was outstanding. The price was awesome for all thier hard work. I was pleasantly surprised thought it would be so much more. Didn't break my sons wallet lol Will be a forever customer. Service exceptional! Love this place

Exceptional tailoring and friendly service. They beautifully fitted my mother of the bride dress. The brides dress was perfectly fitted and the French bussel was beautifully done. Very timely service I recommend them highly

She told me one week. Called a week later and said another week. Then did it again for another week. After three weeks, I called and she didn’t answer or respond. A month goes by and she calls to tell me it’s done. Dress still doesn’t fit, she didn’t take it in. The seam at the bottom is not straight and not at all where we discussed. I have never been so dissatisfied. Very rude and unprofessional. Very expensive for not doing anything!
