I recently trusted them with my gorgeous maid of honor dress for my sisters wedding. Upon calling them to see about dropping it off two and a half weeks adore the wedding, I was told that was plenty of time to get it done, and to bring it in. After getting it all set to be hemmed, the actual pick up date for it to be finished was a mere two days before the wedding. This made me nervous, as it was cutting it close, but I went ahead and left it. I called the morning it was supposed to be done, only to find they hadn't yet started it. I called again and expressed my urgency the day before the wedding (a day overdue) and was told it would be done by noon. I was in a hurry when i picked it up, as we were busy getting ready for the wedding, so I grabbed it, paid and left. When I got home and actually looked at it, I realized nothing was done I couldn't have altered my self, and the job was far from professional. The material on the top layer was simply cut (not evenly), and not sewn to hold it together. The beading was falling off all throughout the night, and I was having to cut off strings from the fabric unravelling, begining when I put the dress on and all throughout the evening of the wedding.

They did a great job repairing the back of a pair of jeans where it came apart from the pocket. Also went ahead and made the jeans into capri's while they had them. Repaired my zipper on my jacket right there and handed it back to me.

Great place, they are easy to work with. They managed fix our missing luggage zipper. It was way cheaper than buying new luggage. I would recommend them for alterations too. Credit cards are accepted here.
