I had two wedding dresses, 3 bridesmaids dresses and my mom's dress done here. The only hiccup was somehow the waist on one of the dresses wasn't taken in enough. She fixed it at no charge and in under 2 weeks. She added sleeves to the bridesmaids dresses which looked like they were original too the dresses. She also hemmed my mom's dress into a short dress. That dress had a tiny seem on delicate fabric and she did an awesome job. You can't even tell that it's been altered! I was so happy with her work, I brought her some pants I had been waiting to get repaired. Those turned out great and it was way cheaper then I ever expected. Thank you!

terible customer service do not recommend this place!!!! Very very poor customer service. Person on phone was very rude and didn't want to help. Looking to alter my BJJ GI person on phone said it couldn't be done! But found other alterations places that are willing to do the work and saying that it can't be done. I've had other Gi's before altered by other Tailors and I've never had a problem.

I needed a suit jacket altered for upcoming interviews and decided to get one tailored. The seamstress was very helpful and friendly, and taught me about how a suit should fit. She got me measured and in a few weeks, I picked it up, tried it on, and realized that I'd been missing out for years! I would definitely bring more clothes here.

Excellent Service, customer service and Work is perfect! I usually do my own repairs and alterations but when I needed help with special occasion dress I brought it here. She did excellent work and I was very satisfied with the results and I'm picky.

Don't get me wrong she is a super nice lady! But to be honest i was very disappointed! the reason for that is because i dropped my dress off 2 weeks ago to her and there was maybe 3-4 small things that needed to be done to my dress according to what she had consulted with me and put on the receipt and told me my dress would be ready by the 7th as i am not getting married till the 13th i figured that would be perfect! I go into pick it up today and she first off tells me that the dress is NOT READY and she wanted to take her time in my mind i'm thinking SERIOUSLY YOU HAVE HAD MY DRESS FOR TWO WEEKS??!!! and second as she's reading the details of what she's supposed to do on the receipt she wrote she proceeds to ask me what she was planning on doing again?? OMG... i answered back with "my wedding is this weekend" so she told me she would have done by the next day i am waiting too see if this is going to happen. I overheard her tell someone she's backed up 3weeks while on the phone i understand that she is busy but she could've called me to let me know and i would've found someone else no big deal! But instead i find out dress isn't ready coming 5 days before my wedding!! UGH

Took my wedding dress to her and asked for a corset back and though she did good work she didn't do it correctly so now I have to spend more money to take it back to the original state. Very frustrated and very upset that I spent money to have something done that shouldn't have been done and she didn't know better to tell me that. She didn't even have me try on the dress to measure it or anything. And now when I try to call her it's just a busy line, go figure. Would not recommend her to anyone I know

Every time I come in with a new problematic piece of clothing that I feel in love with at a thrift store, these lovely ladies have no problem helping me. They know exactly what I mean even though I know nothing about altering clothes and they are always so much fun to chat with. Love them so so much. I've been using them as my go to place for a few years and I only ever recommend these ladies!

I brought in about 8 pairs of dress pants that I bought in a clearance sale, all of which needed both the waist taken in and to be hemmed. I came in during business hours and Kathy was immediately willing to help me. She had me try on every pair and made sure I liked the changes she would be making, including asking whether I would like machine or hand sewn hems which changes the price and the final look (visible or hidden seams). She was upfront with me about the time it would take and called me to keep me in the loop as to when they would be ready. I picked up my order this week and the pants all look great! You would only know they had been altered if you knew what to look for. I'll never go to anyone else if I can help it. Price was reasonable as well, especially for the quality.
