I had a broken zipper on a heavy winter coat (North Face). The lady at this shop did a great job replacing it with a good quality, heavy zipper that feels stronger than the original one that came with the coat. She could not match the original jacket material color, but I was not surprised at that. She did have a plain black color zipper available, that looks just fine now on the repaired coat. Price was quite reasonable.
