This should be a zero star rating, but I'm trying to be nice. Two notable issues with this business: 1. When I dropped off my jacket to redo the buttons (getting loose), the nice man could not give me an estimate because another person would do the work. He did say she would call me with the price. It never happened. But hey, how expensive could three button be? 2. The cost to redo each button was $10.00!! That's right. $30.00 freakin' dollars to redo 3 buttons! I was just dumb struck. It's my fault for not insisting on a estimate, so there. However, I can at least give you all a heads-up on their ridiculous cost and no estimate practices.

Took 4 shirts and 2 pants to be altered, took several phone calls and 7 weeks to get my clothes back. After $160 & 3 fittings, my shirts didn’t fit properly, I took my shirts to another tailor to be properly fitted. DO NOT GO HERE, you will pay if you do.

At first, I was admittedly reluctant to get my Tom Ford suit altered here for an important interview in Los Angeles, given the dour reviews. However, any doubt I had soon vanished once I tried on the finished product; the lady who worked with me was clearly passionate about her trade, and her intricate craftsmanship really showed. My requested 1.5" hem with a cuff came out beautifully, and was also immaculately tapered to fit my athletic thighs and lend me the elongated, slim silhouette that I desired. She also "tightened" the shoulder seams on the jacket (something that is near impossible to do) without compromising the integrity of the garment in order to fix the initial "boxy" look. Moreover, the sleeves were shortened perfectly and broke right at the wrist to allow for about 0.75" of shirt cuff to show. Given the cost of my suit, the alterations were very reasonably priced, and she finished the alterations exactly on time as promised. Overall, she was an extremely knowledgeable artisan who made the entire experience comfortable and fun. I would recommend her to anyone in the metro OKC and Edmond area!

I do not recommend. If all you need is a simple hem, you are probably OK. If you want something more professional or specialized, I'd look elsewhere. My results were less than satisfying.
