Horrible customer service skills!! I took my daughters formal dress to be altered in the bust area last year because it was too big & she made it way too small. It wasn't a huge deal, she fixed it free of charge no problem. Everyone makes mistakes so this year for formal once again I took my daughters dress to her to be altered in the chest area. We took the strapless bra she's wearing with the dress & she measured & pinned the dress. I even reminded her in a joking fashion "not too tight, we don't want a repeat of last year". When I picked the dress up on Tuesday i pay & I didn't have the bra with me so I told her I would just have my daughter try it on at home. We get home & once again it's way too small. I had her try it without the bra & it was still too small. We take it back to the shop & the owner is pulling & squeezing saying she doesn't understand bc she didn't take it in that much. She pulls so hard she breaks the eyelet. She remeasures my daughter & tells me she'll let the dress out & have it ready the next day. I say ok & ask her to please reset the eyelet that SHE broke. 3 hours later she calls me & was VERY RUDE telling me that she just remembered my daughter didn't have a bra on at the initial fitting & that's why it's too tight. I inform her that yes she did have the same bra on & we bought it for this occasion. She tells me she thinks I'm wrong & tells me to ask my daughter. So I go track my daughter down put her on speaker & let her ask herself, where my daughter tells her yes she had that same bra on. Then the owner tells me no she knows we didnt, as she's talking over me & cutting me off from talking, I try cutting in & she YELLS at me to "LISTEN TO HER!" I'm like look we bought that bra on the way to your shop, she popped the tags off it in your dressing room, I've told you this, my daughter has told you this..so you're calling us liars? Bc you did the same thing last year where you took it in too much & lets just PRETEND that you're right & she didn't have a bra on, can you explain how come even with the bra OFF it still doesn't fit? She then huffs says "see you tomorrow" & hangs up in my face. I go pick the dress up (the dress she REMEASURED the 2nd time with the same bra on) & it's STILL too tight. It won't zip. It will only go up WITHOUT the bra this time. What's her excuse this time bc she knows she had the bra on the 2nd time for sure? She has no excuse other than saying over & over that it wasn't on the first time. Yes it was! But ok I'm passed that, it definitely was on the 2nd time. She's yelling screaming & talking over me & wont let me get a word in IN FRONT OF MY CHILD! She tells me it's $3 extra dollars & im like for what?? I already paid & I have my receipt, SHE SAYS $3 TO FIX THE BROKEN EYELET! Are u kidding me?? The eyelet that SHE BROKE?!?! Two customers come in while she's continuing to yell like a mad woman who's completely unprofessional about how there was no bra. I know this is long but I'm fuming & I really don't want anyone else going through the same thing bc her customer service skills are seriously lacking!! I'll never use her again & I wish I could give her negative stars but the site won't allow it. Btw the owners name is Lilly Ngyuen..hmm interesting how the reviewer below has the same last name!
