I called to ask if they could do a job and they didn't even let me finish before they interrupted and said "I'm so bust right now, I'm so busy" and rudely hung up. This isn't the kind of service one should give to someone who is trying to run a business.

I walked in and asked if they could reattach one button on my wool coat and tighten another. She asked if I had time and she could fix it immediately. Very friendly, and fast. I'll be bringing my wool duster to have it similarly repaired.

We had a wonderful experience from beginning to the final product. My fiance had to have his suit for the wedding altered. We needed the hem of the pants to be taken out as well as the sleeves of the jacket and a little in the back to help with the shoulders in the jacket. We were crunched for time and Lamees understood exactly what we needed. She was able to make the corrections in a quick turn around time (1 week) and for a reasonable price! I love this place. Would definitely recommend to a friend.
