I unfortunately had a horrible experience trying to find someone to tailor my wedding dress. Not only was JJ Kelly Bridal trying to charge me about almost a $1,000 for alterations, but they & countless others seemed like they really did not want to work on my beaded dress that they themselves sold me. Kieu’s tailor shop were the only ones that were confident and kind. They told me it was a difficult dress to work with but they could not only do the job but also fix some areas were the seams were loose, and add a bustle all for the price of $290. The dress fits perfect, she added bra pads as well for the top and complemented me on my choice of dress, which honestly no other tailor had at this point. She never complained once about it! I’ve already recommended this place to so many people and will continue to do so.

Would not listen to my input on my son’s prom suit! My son wanted his suit high watered and slim but I said her measurements were too tight. Made it too tight that when my son got home and tried to squat it split open. When I took it back she said that she knew it wouldn’t work because of the material. What the heck! Then she loosened it but one leg tighter than the other. When my son took it back the third time she finally got it right but told my son as he was leaving to NOT come back! Very rude and unprofessional customer service. Never going back!
