I highly recommend this store. I was in need of a suit for a wedding, and I procrastinated until the week of the wedding to get my suit. I went to four other stores, and they could not get a suit tailored within the time available. However, this store got me fitted, tailored, and out the door in less than 48 hours! They helped me out of big problem that I created.

Have to rent shoes w/tux that I could not wear, that's like getting robbed., pants were short, was told it would be ok with shoes. Seemed like we were inconviencing the clerk. Its ok, will never use them again, and will make sure to share my experience. Found out on tuxes return, Daniel was our clerk, I t would benefit your company to get him some customer service training, now! Also, of 6 tux rentals for this occasion, only 1 was correct. This should say it all,

My shirt was too big. My shoes were too big. My suit wasn’t sent to where it needed to be sent when they said they would send it. Wasn’t warned about the $20 late fee if you don’t return the day after. Not organized at all.

We had so many issues with this store it was ridiculous! They had a good deal on suits...60% off. We were looking for suits for my fiancé and his groomsmen. We had an excellent salesman (he no longer works there) help us and set up the order. After that all dealings went to crap. They ordered the suit....the suit was sent to the wrong store...the store that received it apparently never called any of the other stores to see where the suit belonged so they cancelled the order and sent the suit back. They never called us with updates about the suit and never checked on it themselves. We had to go back in and redo measurements and reorder and then we had to press them to get the suit rush delivered because of their screw up. We had them alter the suit in house....big mistake! They screwed up the pants...now we have to rush to find someone that can fix the subsequent bunching in the seat of the pants and the jacked up hem. Save your time and sanity and shop elsewhere.

This place is pretty good they have a lot of great options. Also have great perks if you rent suits for a wedding, which I did for mine. BTW this and Men's Warehouse are owned by the same company so they will have the same options.

Vincent was incredibly helpful. He took the time to help me find the perfect suit for me. No hassle and no pushing the expensive suits, just what I needed and wanted. Extremely knowledgeable and helped me get the suit in time for an event.

Get your alterations somewhere else!!! After we bought the suit they sent it out and it cost $60.00 for alterations. They never said a word about paying another dime because they didn’t care his size. They just said they would get it altered. Absolutely disgusted with the shady business dealings!

Thank you for carrying tailored men's dress shirts -- finally a store in town that carries my size (16 neck, 36 sleeve). I always get the best service from attentive and helpful sales people. From now on this is where I buy my clothes!!

Went in there over Black Friday because I wanted to look into their sales. The sales staff was extremely rude and pushy (NOT HELPFUL), there can sometimes be a fine but no these people were way to pushy. It also seemed the ruder they got the more you should want to buy from them. I will never go to this one again, and highly unlikely I will ever visit any after this experience.

Horrible service!! And do NOT get your suit tailored there! I learned the hard way. They tailored the pants the first time, however it felt like nothing was adjusted. Had them fix my pants again and it was even worst the second time around! Never do their tailoring! Suits are good quality.

I have never received worse customer service in my entire life. I chose Joseph a. Bank for my wedding suit rentals, and nearly every single suit we rented didn't fit properly! Furthermore, when i tried to use the coupon i had been given as part of the promotion that had been active when we were first having the fittings done, I waited for nearly an hour to be seen by an associate, although there was only one other customer in the store, and then when I WAS seen, I was informed that they do not in fact make a suit in my size. They COULD, however, sell me one that was too large and then have over $180 of alterations made to what I was promised would be a free suit! Naturally, I decided to shop around instead, and MEN'S WAREHOUSE provided me with much better service, and much better pricing, for higher quality products. Don't bother giving any money to Jos. A. Bank. They're not worth wasting the time on.

Horrible service. No one was willing to help. One of them had the nerve to tell me to go to Menswear house instead. So I did and received far better service than this place. I will never go back to this store and would advise anyone not to bother going there either.

Worst Jos. A. Banks in the state. This has been the worst experience ever! I ordered and paid for 5 suits. Somehow only 2 arrived, after calling multiple times and getting hung up on. I had to call Regional Manager. He did seem more competent then the employees from the store. Just save yourself the hassle and go ANYWHERE else.

Gun Grabbers! The company has recently proclaimed it supports the repeal of the Second Amendment, and is pulling advertising from shows that say otherwise. Is a cheap, tacky suit worth the loss of your rights? Don't go here.
