I had one winter jacket and two dress shirts that all needed very basic button replacement/repair. (Two buttons that simply needed to be tightened, and two buttons replaced using the extra buttons from the shirt hems.) Brought all three items in during regular business hours on a Saturday afternoon. I explained what was needed, and was told they would be ready by Monday. I came by about 30 minutes before closing on Monday, and not only was the work not done, she could not remember what it was or even where she had placed my clothing. She apologized and said they would be done the next day (Tuesday). I thought, sure, she's busy, it was just one day and one mistake. No problem. I came back on Tuesday afternoon and had the same performance: she couldn't remember where the clothes were or what was to be done. Thankfully, I spotted my clothes quickly, took them, and left. I have no idea why such a simple job was so hard to remember or to accomplish (she didn't even issue work tickets to claim the clothing). I strongly do not recommend coming here for your tailoring/alterations.

I dropped of a jacket for alteration on a Saturday afternoon. I was told that it would be done by Thursday of the upcoming week. I returned Thursday afternoon to find that my jacket hadn't been touched and she in fact didn't remember talking to me about the job. I was fitted and everything, pins were still in the jacket which was where I left it days prior. Not professional, at all.

I only have one star because I couldn't give zero. Horrible setvice, dropped a dress off over a month ago for simple alteration. Stooped in to check on it a few days ago, not done. Reminded her I need it Saturday, just stopped to pick it up and she never did it. I'm furious!

Naree is a very talented seamstress. She has done a lot of work for me over the years. Yes, her shop looks like an 'organized chaos,' but when I've picked up my garments they are always right where she goes to retrieve them. Customers may not understand her process, but you can't argue with the successful outcome.

5 stars are not enough stars to convey the excellent work of Naree. I needed my suit altered for a wedding that was the same week. I brought my suit in on Wednesday. I thought there was no way it would be done by Friday. Honestly, first impressions walking in was it was chaos. There were a lot of clothes everywhere. She took my measurements and said it'll be ready Friday when you need it. When I called Friday she remembered exactly who I was and said it was ready. I picked it up and it was perfectly altered. The clothes that were everywhere were neatly hung up with tags on them. It looked like a different place. There is a method to her madness and she gets the job done for you when she says it will be done. She is the nicest lady and you just want to talk to her for as long as you can. I'll be going back to Naree again, and you should go too! Cash is the preferred method of payment. Her prices are vert reasonable too!

I have always had a great experience when I've taken items to Naree. She has hemmed many pairs of pants for me, altered my daughters cheerleading uniform, altered a dress I was wearing to my daughter's wedding and also altered a suit for my 6 mo old grandson. It does look like a mess when you go in but she somehow has a method to the madness. I will continue to go there.

I went to naree's to have my corset top for my wedding brought it due to it was way to big! I was in a hurry due to my wedding being that saturday! I gave it to her on thursday and she had it done and ready for me to pick up early friday morning! she did great! Noone where else wanted to hem my corset due to the type of fabric it was, she had no problem doing it!

me and my dad needed a simple sewing of an American flag on our umpire shirts, and she did it perfect in about 30 minuets. she was super busy that day and asked if we could come back. but we needed them urgently. she said to go run some errands an come back. she did it for 10$ two shirts for two flags. it looked amazing. she does a great job! I highly recommend her for sewing flags on umpire shirts. awesome place!

I was looking for an alteration place close to home for my daughters prom dress. I found Naree's online and we took her dress there. She only put 4 pins for all the altering she needed to do. We weren't in a big hurry since prom wasn't for 3 weeks so we were to come back in a week. When we went back, she knew exactly who we were when we entered. My daughter tried on the dress and it fit her perfect. We were completely satisfied and definitely go back again. She is very nice and respectful. The prices she charges are wonderful. I would highly recommend her.

The place needs some Marie Kondo magic - it's so disorganized. There is a friendly cat that runs around and loves to follow you into the dressing room where it makes a bed in your clothes. When she takes your measurements it's super quick and she makes minimal notes in comparison to the amount of detail I'm giving about what I want. These things make you feel like you haven't come to a professional establishment and I hesitated to leave my clothes with her at first. I'm so glad I took the risk because she did a fantastic job. I've since used her multiple times and am amazed each time - by the disorganization, the cat, the quick interactions, and the fantastic results.

I have had both of my daughter's prom dresses hemmed by Naree and they both came out perfect. You don't get a claim ticket and everything is very casual at her shop. I normally drop the dresses off about a week and a half before I need them just in case she's swamped with orders. Always done early and right.

I'm not one to typically write reviews, but the service at Naree's was exceptionally great. I walked out of there recently thinking, "she deserves everyone's business." I have taken 3 nice suits, 3 baseball jersey, and 8 polos to be altered. She exceeded my expectations on each article of clothing I had altered. Some of the reviews below do note a lack of organization, which seemed to be true as an outsider coming in; but she must have some sort of system in place. When I walked in to pick up the clothes, she remembered me and knew exactly where my order was. During both visits, she asked if I needed the clothes back by a certain time. The first time, I did not give her a deadline, and admittedly it did take a couple of weeks until they were done. The second time, I asked if she could have them done w/in a week, and she got them back to me in 2 business days. Naree does a great job, and I have referred several people to her already.

I will never go back! You don't get a receipt when you leave a garment. I was charged $30.00 to hem a bridesmaid dress, about twice the going charge. The work was not completed as promised. The shop is in some kind of organized chaos. While I was there I heard a customer call regarding their garment. Naree had no idea where it was. I'm sorry I took the dress there, the place is a rip-off.

Jacket needed a new zipper. For $25 I expected a professional job. Well it looks like a $3 zipper, small and cheap and doesn't go all the way up and down like the old one. A $10 job, definitely not worth 25.

IF YOU ARE MILITARY, DO NOT HAVE YOUR UNIFORM ALTERED HERE!!!!! I had my service dress jacket and a blues shirt altered here. She forgot to sew on the officer braid on the left sleeve and sewed the right sleeve on out of regs. On the shirt, the left sleeve was ½ an inch smaller in circumference than the right sleeve and I still have to military tuck the shirt because it was altered incorrectly. I took it to Tulay at military clothing on base and she fixed it all for free to be within regs. Save yourself the hassle and money and go to Tulay!

Naree does an excellent job. She doesn't keep records but she keeps up with the work load. She will provide emergency service sometimes. A friend recommended her to me and she has done a great job everytime I've been there. Just remember call before you go to pickup because she has a lot of work and she is not always ready but if you call it will be ready. The guy there is her husband he seems to be there for protection or companionship, he is kinda weird but very nice if you talk to him. I would recommend Naree 100%. Just remember, call before you go for pickup.

The DAY before prom may daughter needed her dress hemmed and a tack stitch put in the top of her dress. Naree got her dress done the same day. She did a wonderful job for an affordable price.
