We took two dresses in and she missed the entire front layer of the brides dress and the mother of the brides dress did not fit. She tried to charge for the extra work but we said no and please do the work correctly at no charge. She might be ok for pants, but stay away from wedding dresses. Prices were very high as well compared to others in the area we came to realize. She tends to lose focus do to talking excessively. We had to take the brides dress to someone else to have it done right.

Cindy not only helped put a bustle in on my wedding dress, but also worked with me to alter a bridesmaids dress to fit my 7 month pregnant belly by adding in a lace up back! Most recently she has custom made an amazing flower girl dress for my 2 year old! We love Cindy and she always does a wonderful job with all of our tailoring needs!

Upon walking into the establishment, Cindy looked me up and down without a word. I told her I needed a dress hemmed. She proceeded to tell me that the job would be too expensive for me, and that she "didn't think that I was born in this country and could afford it". Ironic, receiving such blatant racism from another minority. By all means be sure to give Cindy your business if you are able to stomach this sort of behavior.

I’ve been going to Cindy for years to have my pants done since no one makes pants as short as I need them. Cindy has always been very nice and asks about my kids. Even when months have passed with as many people as she sees everyday she still remembers me. I once tried another place because they did hems for a couple dollars less. Well let’s just say that you get what you pay for and I will never try another place again. Cindy is my tailor of choice! Thanks Cindy, you are the best!

Unfortunately, I had a negative experience at Cindy's. I brought a bridesmaid dress in that needed to be taken in as it was too large. They were able to take it in and it was done in a week- which was a great turn-around time! It was a lot more than I anticipated though (I called before going in to ask about price ranges, and even the highest price they gave was lower than what I had to pay). When I tried the dress on at home after it was picked up, it would not zip up. It wasn't because it was too tight, but the zipper was no longer working and I had no trouble at all with the zipper before taking it in. I took the dress back the next day and tried it on to show them the issue. Cindy immediately said it wasn't their fault and said the zipper was always broken. She tried a few things, but eventually I tried it on and the zipper broke off completely. They ended up replacing the zipper for me, but also charging me again to do so. When I tried the dress on at home after picking it up the final time- the zipper still wouldn't work! Proving it was never the zipper, but something in the way they tailored the dress that made the zipper not work. I was very frustrated and had to pay over $100 for a simple dress tailoring. I was just upset at the way the situation overall was handled, and won't be returning to Cindy's.
