Ok First of all Im a white middle aged man who needed to get 2 new zippers on 2 jackets. I brought them in and was told that the zippers were fine and that only the slider would be needed to fix it. I was told it would cost $20. I said fine thats fair. I came back the following week when i was told they would be done and picked them up. Not only did I only pay $17 dollars but I was impressed by the work that was done. Thank you very much, and BTW the lady is Vietnamese.

i took in a dress to be shortened and she removed the entire cutout on the dress and did not discuss this with me. the seam was uneven and i was very upset at the job that i went back to get a refund. she told me that i was wrong and i had to argue to only get half of my money back. the entire dress was ruined and can not be worn as it looks nothing like the dress i purchased. will never return

In the past, I've brought my military gear to her and she's sewn on patches and buttons just the way they're supposed to look. Recently, I brought a bridesmaid's dress in to be altered to be more comfortable and I was worried the two day turnaround I needed would be too much of a rush job for her. I put it on for her to see where it needed alterations and she ended up letting it out and altering the dress for a better fit than I imagined. It was ready in two days for a good price. Highly recommend.

Took a brand new suit to her and she did a great job. My pants were hemmed, jacket was slimmed up and the sleeves were shortened. Everything she did was how I wanted it, I'll be back to her if I need to!

Go elsewhere, seriously. I took a bridesmaid dress for a wedding here to get altered and was told it would be $40 to put in a zipper and have the lining tightened. I came back for the dress and was charged $11 more. When I protested, she claimed this was the original price the whole time and because it is a small business, there are no price menus or receipts to prove otherwise (you're given a small pink reminder slip, but there are no prices on it). Prices are completely at her discretion and apparently slide up and down whenever she feels like it without notice. I was in a hurry and did not examine my dress until three days after (which I'll admit is my fault), but was horrified when I saw the results. The lining was tightened, but the zipper was completely useless. It wasn't long enough to make getting into the dress any easier and kept catching on itself. The dress went from being somewhat hard to put on, to absolutely impossible. I would skip this one and spend your money at a more reputable business.

No more expensive or a longer wait than I’ve experienced at other tailors. I’m just EXTREMELY happy with the alterations on my clothes. I got the waist on a pair of stretchy jeans and on an overall dress taken in significantly and you would never know — they fit perfectly.

I brought in a pair of my girlfriend's jeans with a broken button. She (the owner?) told me it would be $3 and to come back in 2 days. I thought that was a little weird for such a small job, but I came back in 2 days. She said they weren't ready and asked if I could come back the next day. I must have given her a funny look, because she immediately said she could do it right then. She cut out the fabric surrounding the button hole, sewed in new fabric, and attached a new button, all within a few minutes. My girlfriend wore the jeans the next day and the new button fell apart. I brought the jeans back, and was told that the button was fine because it withstood a gentle tug. Instead of risking further damage to the jeans from another shoddy job, I'm taking them elsewhere.

This place is a good local shop run by a Vietnamese lady who is really nice. She does high quality work at a fair price.
