Because of patch that was put on my jacket was not exactly up to par which was not the Taylor's fault do to Patches and uniforms you have to have them done exact to the last centimeter and the owner redid it for free and the customer service was just outstanding they will always have my business there matter fact I might be going down there real soon as I found out that they make suits straight from the cloth very nice place very friendly people and well worth the money most definitely

I couldn't be more thrilled with my experience! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had several items to be tailored, including a vintage men's winter overcoat, for which the style was too baggy. Rich took the time to thoroughly answer all of my questions, model what he could do, and even went above and beyond to suggest changes that could take the piece to the next level. The quality of the work and the final product was impeccable, with fast turn around time and a bargain price. I will definitely be returning for all of my future tailoring needs.

They do an excellent job tailoring clothes. Prices for clothes are higher than at a jcpenny or kohl's but they also provide higher quality and a more curated selection than you get from those type of stores. Staff is wonderful. Hours are a little flexible in both directions in my experience so make sure you call beforehand

Not only did he show my son how a suit should properly fit, he gave him a life lesson on looking professional and being a gentleman. I had Braunstein Tailors and Clothier repair some jeans that were torn from wear and many machine washings. I gave him 9 jeans in bad shape and got back 4 that were repaired using the good parts of the other 5. Not only were they repaired they were refashioned into something that looked great and were unique. Everybody thought I got them from a regular clothing store. If you buy something from a factory direct store and it doesn't fit right, take it to Braunstein Tailors and Clothier for a proper fit. He will take your measurements and adjust the clothing to fit you properly. You will look great and feel great. He also has some items in stock or he can order something for you from the masters in Europe so you will look your best with a style that is YOU. I had two pairs of pants that when I bought them were really good quality and expensive. But over time they became baggy and I was ready to retire them. Not before I gave them a last chance here. You can tell Rich really cares about his customers and wants you to look the best you can. Extremely friendly and does outstanding work! He also worked around my schedule which was great! The pants are like new and fit and look great. Definitely recommend him and will be going back for any future alterations.

I went to Braunsteins looking to have a suit custom made for my wedding. First off, Rich was great to work with. He questioned some of my more conservative choices and pointed out other options that were more fun and made the suit look better. Then there is the suit he made for me. I was totally lost for words when I first tried it on. The suit is amazing! Needless to say, it fits like it was made for me, and Rich made the suit to the exact fit I wanted. This man, Rich, knows his clothing! I believe his ethics won’t allow him to do any sloppy work, his work shows pride and is well tailored. That is the short version. I took in slacks, dress jackets, suits, plus a tuxedo my much larger brother gave to me. Rich sorted through them, picking out the ones worth fitting to me. (He could have picked more in an effort to have a larger bill.) Styles had changed and the slacks needed to be taken in, all down the legs to convert from a former baggy style to the tappered style of today. Waste and rear needed to be tightened. Jackets needed to be taken in from a large to my preferred trim or fitted cut. I don’t like a suit that just hangs down straight like a trash bag with a head cut out! Bottom line, Rich had a lot of seam ripping and sewing to do in order to make these fit. I was blown away when I tried them all on. Now I was dressed in the finest of clothing and it was done at a reasonable cost - I now have new suits, dress slacks and a mighty fine tux for my son’s pending wedding! I drove past three other tailors to another city to have Rich do this work because of his great reviews and was NOT AT ALL disappointed. So I am returning the favor to him and the others kind enough to take the time to leave a review. God has blessed Rich with an eye for clothing and the talents he is putting to excellent use.
