When I get a nice pair of pants or an expensive suit, this is the place I trust to do an excellent job of alterations. For me it's well worth the drive.

I took 8 pairs of high end jeans to be hemmed. Like a dumbbell I sent my son to pick them up as I was busy packing for a trip. He gets back with them I wash them and then pack them go to where them on the trip and low and behold only 1 pair was hemmed. He didn’t save the receipt so nothing I can do about it now. I don’t recommend taking your stuff there.

Had such high hopes and expectations when we took my daughter's very expensive wedding dress to be altered. Took them three tries to alter it. Ended up taking it somewhere else. She doesn't listen to what you want and won't admit when she's wrong.

I love the changes to my dress, but got it back with black all over the back and the straps. I would never leave my brand new wedding dress there with such stains. She repeatedly said it was not her. I now have to go get my dress dry cleaned, because of the lack of care that was taken with my dress. I will not be going back. UPDATE: come to find out the back was all cut up and sliced and cups were in even and barely tacked inside. HORRIBLE outcome. Do NOT recommend

My girlfriend and I went all over town to try and find an affordable place to alter her dress for my Military ball, and we found this hidden gem. Ben's Alterations is super affordable (saved us over $100 when compared to other places we checked out), has a quick turn-around time and most importantly, does a terrific job. We had to have the dress taken apart, raised in the front and taken in at the waste. Once we got the dress back, it looked completely different, it a GREAT way. Everyone loved and commented on the dress while we were at the ball. I HIGHLY recommend going here and we will definitely be back!

I've never used a tailor before a few months ago. Took new pants and shirts in to get them tailored and they were very nice and explained everything. Everything still fits great! Writing this review today because I had to take my suit in today and needed it back on very short notice. They were very accomodating, especially Loan. Highly recommend!

Ben's Alterations saved my wedding dress!!! The shop where I purchased my wedding dress recommended another tailor, and I trusted their recommendation. Long story short, it was a horrible experience. After several issues, I finally received my wedding dress at 9pm the night before I had to board a plane to go to my wedding. There were several issues with the dress, but the major one being that the bottom (a mermaid style) was about 2-3 sizes too large. It did not look good. I thought I was going to have to just wear the dress, but my husband and I had taken several items to Ben's before, and we thought we would at least see what she could do! We knew it was a long shot, but I showed up to Ben's the morning I had to leave for the wedding and told her the story. Loan dropped everything to fix my dress and I picked it up three hours later on our way to the airport! All of our guests commented on how well the dress fit, and that is all thanks to Ben's Alterations! Not only did she help in an emergency, but her kindness and empathy really helped this frantic bride feel settled as we were rushing to leave for our wedding. Her price was also incredibly reasonable for such a last minute request! From now on, I will take EVERYTHING to Ben's, and my only regret is not taking my wedding dress there, originally.
