Absolutely wonderful! Anna has done 2 wedding dresses, a maid of honor dress, mother of the bride dress and about 8 homecoming and prom dresses over the years for myself and my 2 daughters. She always does a great job and I appreciate her to the point honesty. Tells you how it is! Refreshing!!

I went to get a bridesmaid dress altered and asked to have the bodice taken in to feel more secure. Anna did not pin anything, but said she would need to take in an inch on each side. She asked me to call her on Thursday to set up a time to come on Saturday to get the dress. I called Thursday. Left a voicemail. Didn't hear back. I called Friday and left another message. Still did not hear back. Finally I drove the half hour on Saturday, only to be asked if I called (called twice...), and told that my dress wasn't ready. Went back the next day and my dress was too tight (it actually put a vertical CREASE in my back, which I couldn't see until I got home) and the straps were too short. I called Anna back and left another message to try to get resolution. Again, no call back. I paid $65 for alterations that made the dress worse and had to pay another $90 to get it fixed. Awful customer service.

Great altering on some work clothes and fixing a dress I didn't realize had holes until after I got it home and couldn't return. The fix looks amazing you would never know it had been damaged! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because it is very busy so there is usually a line and it took longer to pick up my items then places I have used in the past. Would definitely recommend!
