She made excellent suggestions, her work was highly skilled, and it was reasonably priced. As a bonus, she was warm and pleasant to work with. I called last minute on a Saturday to have a patch sewn on to my Taekwondo outfit and have the pants and shirt Hamed not only did they do a perfect job so it looks professionally done but they did the job out of the blue in a few hours highly recommend. I brought them a $337 NorthFace jacket to get patched they had it for a week so I called and asked about it said they needed more time this being my only winter jacket said i needed sooner than later they called me back an hour later said it was done, they did a HORRIBLE JOB it was RUSHED and I will NEVER USE THEM AGAIN! An hour after I initially posted this review I received a call asking for me to bring my jacket back saying the day would make me happy and to take down the review. I brought in my friend who used to be a seamstress, the person that helped me was rude to me saying it was my fault for not telling her?! I told her I wanted a small very discreet patch, and she was telling my friend to 'make her listen' meaning myself. I told her 'I have ears'. She said she did a good job, which was not the case so I did not feel comfortable leaving it with her to fix, I felt she would only make it look worse, she said the review was 'my mistake' no my mistake was going there!
