Walked in and not one person acknowledge my arrival except for the young girl who was haveing alterations done on her wedding dress. Stood there for a brief min or two in the awkward silence while this young lady held the top of her dress up the left. The only person to even look up at me was the young lady. If this is how they treat customers I don't know how they stay in business.

Amazing. The seamstress literally dropped what she was doing the minute I walked in the door (she was reupholstering a chair) and asked how she could help. I needed a new zipper pull on my jacket which she literally did as I waited; it took about 2 minutes. The new zipper pull works flawlessly. She then proceeded to tell me that there was no charge! I tried twice more to compensate her for her awesome service but she refused. This is quite possibly the finest service I've ever encountered. I will unquestionably be back here when I need anything altered or sewn. Thanks!

They ruined the beading on my dress. I just needed the straps tightened but when I got it back the beautiful beading along the waist was falling apart. After I saw it I my mom and I pointed it out and the told me it was my fault. Also the straps look like they are about to come undone and it looks glued! I'm awestruck that they wouldn't try to fix it without charging me and they wouldn't refund my original price and THEY BLAMED ME.

Very friendly staff, completed the work within the time frame they specified to a satisfactory level. I would go here again for any clothing alterations necessary. Pricing was also very reasonable, much less than I anticipated.

Not only did she charge 3 times more than I've paid for prior jobs she screwed it up twice. Thought paying this cost would be top notch product. Patches put on vest were off center by 2 inches. Took back, warranty work was done and none of 3 patches were centered, all off rotation, took over 2 months to get back again, used glue to hold patches so it left this big shiny stain on denim vest when they were moved. Hundreds of dollars thrown away. Never going back.

Never will i go back again, horrible service, over charged, did not alter my dress right at all, would not fix it, charged me for service that was not even done, and took it in 5 weeks before a wedding and didnt get back 3 days before the wedding. THANKS FOR A WASTE OF $145

On April 16th I dropped off three work shirts to tailor the sleeves and body. On May 14th I returned to pick-up the shirts. The owner took my ticked asking if I received a called. I responded, 'It's been a month, and no, nobody called me.' The shirts were still not ready. She said for me to come back later. I politely declined.

How long does it take to have alterations done on a wedding dress! Seriously, i took it in in March and its almost June and i still havent heard anything back yet. Im thinking about going to the place and getting it and taking it some where else. I called them last week and she said that she hasnt done anything yet. I know i dont need it til July but this is stupid!

I had a pair of marching band pants that I needed to have the hemming lengthened. The stitching on it was so tight and we didn’t think that much could be done for them, but the pants look so marvelous! The old crease cannot be seen at all. I think the type of work that is done here definitely fits the name: professional! Thank you for doing such a wonderful job in such a timely manner.

Called because Judy's Needle and Thread in Mandan was to busy to get me in. All I needed was a State patch sewn on a pullover for my softball team. She got me in right away and was very freindly as was the rest of the staff! A+ Service!
