Extremely expensive and extremely rude. I called to pay over the phone and the owner was extremely rude when I said how expensive it was after she said it was powdered starch that falls out after a couple days just being on the shelf. $94 for one week worth of welder clothes

Worst cleaners I Have ever been to they lost three shirts two pairs of pants and still made me pay for them and when I had a complaint she told me I could either pay or she keep all of my clothes Only posting one star because I have to absolutely rude customer service

I have been a customer of this establishment for nearly 2 years. A couple weeks ago I brought a coat for my wife to be cleaned, my wife decided not to have the coat cleaned any more. Upon entering the establishment like I always do give who ever on the counter my name because they do not give a ticket. The gentleman on the counter appears to be having a bad day he was throwing things around like a kid, and running around the store, and very rude. A lady who was working was very nice, and find my wife coat. I also leave a pant and shirt. Yesterday I return to collect my clothing, the lady who I guess one the owner stated to me that they did not clean my cloths, because of what happen the last time. (according to her because the rude man, he could not understand the way I pronounce my name.) I also spell my name for that rude man, so all these months they never had a problem finding my clothing or have a problem with the way I pronounce my name before. If you are new to Williston beware of this Cleaners.

They’re terrible at starching my welding shirts, I’ve told them multiple times dropping shirts off to not press the buttons because they bend them and screw them up. Then they act like nothings wrong and charge you the same price anyway even though all the buttons are ruined. I don’t mind taking pants here but I suggest if you have brass buttons or buttons that bend easy to do it yourself.

Worst cleaners I've ever been used. Tried this business twice. Their customer service is severely lacking. They overcharge on their prices. I brought back a shirt and asked about a stain that was not removed. The woman seemed amazed that I was asking about the stain not being gone. I asked to look at the rest of my items and she grabbed them out of my hand and ripped open the bag. It sucks that they are the only cleaners in town. Hopefully that will change soon.

They have always done an excellent job on anything I've ever brought in... Even when I found a pair of jeans that had silicone on them (for about 2 years and had gone through the dryer at my home)... Mr. Tom worked his magic, even though he was skeptical it would ever come out after all that time..... Well, almost ALL of it came out and my daughter was so very happy!!! I understand that I should have gotten it in sooner than I did, but, thank you for always being so awesome at getting most of our stains out!!

Had a last minute wedding to attend as a bridesmaid, found my dress at a thrift store, so it stank to high heaven. Came to Model Drive In a week before the wedding and the gal there told me they would have to charge me a "rush price" for only giving them five days. I had no choice, so agreed to the price. When I went to pick it up, there was a guy there. He charged me what I knew was normal price. I told him that I agreed to the rush price,he said, "don't worry about it! Enjoy the wedding!" That's small town service!
