Got my wedding tux from here. The shirt that came with it had a hole in the armpit. Wouldn't have been that big of a deal if they had sent me with a back up shirt like they promised, but they didn't.

Got my husbands wedding suit from here, everything went fine until we picked up the suit on our way out of town for the wedding. They tailored it two sizes too big because "when you get married you put on some love fluff." That was annoying since we are very active people. We didn't have time to fix it we just took it. On our wedding day the pockets came unseamed all the way down the pant leg so my mother in law had to do some emergency stitching. Not impressed.

I really wanted to like my experience here but the salesman told me a suit would go up $450 soon so I bought the suit. I checked 2 days later and saw the suits was more than 1/2 off what I was told. I talked with the manager to see if they could help and they made sure to be as unhelpful as possible. Definitely my last time going.

I rented a tuxedo from here for a friend's wedding this past week. When I picked up the tux, the shirt and pants were too large both in size and length (waist size is adjustable so that was the only thing that fit). I was told that there were no smaller shirts available and that the only adjustment for the pants was to hem the length of the leg. I took them at their word until the day of the wedding. When I and the other groomsmen were changing into our tuxedos, one of the other groomsmen had a shirt that was smaller than the one this Men's Warehouse had given me. In fact, he had also gotten his rental from the same Men's Warehouse (Haywood Rd.) that I did. Also the other groomsmen had gotten their rentals from this same store and their pants all fit well while mine looked like something out of 90's MC Hammer's closet. Paying $240 (even after coupons) for a suit rental that was "fitted" but has parts that did not fit is ridiculous. I will not be using Men's Warehouse for my wedding in a few months nor will I recommend them to anyone.

I am not a clothes guy. However, I was preparing for funeral for a friend that died from cancer. I found out that cancers all have colors (pink for breast cancer, etc.) and this cancer's color is orange. It seemed wearing a bright orange tie would be good idea, but my collection of terrible ties did not include anything orange. I stopped by a couple of clothing stores to see what I could find. All were closed. I could see lights on in the Men's Wearhouse (Orem) but could not see a person. As I was about to leave, Colby (think I have the name right) drove up. He said he worked there and I asked if he could do a before-hours sale. He called Danielle (again I hope my memory is correct) who was in the store, and they let me in to get the tie. They were on a 2/1 sale so I got both of the orange ones - doubt they would have been in high demand. I gave one to a friend and we made it to the funeral with our drab suits and orange ties. Thanks to both of you for helping me out.

Fantastic service, fair prices and great selection! We went to get a suit for me before our wedding. I was a little skeptical because based on what we saw online, the suits were way outside our budget. I was pleasantly surprised by a bundle they have for newly weds that brought down the price by more than I could have hoped. The young woman who helped us out was accommodating but not overbearing. she would check up on us but never rushed us on our decisions. Overall, this was a fantastic experience that I highly recommend.

Bought a custom from there and it's like laying in a pile of unsquishable kittens, the guys in there are really helpful and seem like nice dudes. The suits make you feel like a king that just found out he is marrying his daughter off to the neighbor king to increase trade and peace. So basically you feel satisfied with doing a little something for yourself and the people around you by looking good. Would definitely recommend my dudes.

I did everything online to rent a couple of tuxedoes, and then came in just to get my husband and son measured. It couldn't be any easier. We were in and out quickly, and the guy doing the measuring was very pleasant.

We went there to pick up a jacket and vest for my husband. The man helping us was kind, patient and polite. The rest of the staff looked at us with disdain, even though it wasn't busy, nor were we being rude in any way! As we were finalizing our transaction at the register, a younger blond girl (who had been speaking badly about her own clients to other employees), told us to move out of the way so she could ring her clients up on the same register! We weren't even done with our transaction! Someone really needs to inform her that patience is how you get repeat customers. I would have been a happy customer there, until that last abominable employee ruined our visit. Read the comments, they are truthful. This is the worst visit I have ever had to a Men's Warehouse!! Although it doesn't seem like the owners (or corporate) care to retrain their employees.

Avoid this store at all costs. I've done business with them multiple times over the years and have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but I'm done. Let's hope this review helps you avoid the same pain I have. The manager is a jerk. Here are my THREE stories of bad business, the last two being the worst: 1) Went to the store with my brother. The manager knew our price range, but the tags showed separate prices for pants and suitcoats, which we were not aware of. He was showing us suits that had pants within our price range, and had we not gone on the cheaper end, we would've paid almost double up front by adding the suitcoat. 2) When you buy a suit from Men's Wearhouse, you are promised free pressing any time. I walked into the store to get my suit pressed. The manager, busy, frustratedly responded "right now?" I'm sorry my business is such a burden to you, since, you know, I'm a paying customer. I tried to write it off as a bad day. 3) I got a good discount for an "out-of-season" suit (last summer's style) according to the same manager when I was shopping. I was pleased with the suit and the price seemed reasonable. THEN, I come in a while later, and he rudely tells me I can't have bought this suit there (it would've had to be at a Men's Wearhouse discount store), and would not even try to match the suit to find me new pants. At least have the decency to not be rude about it, especially since I'm 100% sure that I bought my suit at your store. Avoid business with them. They will try to upsell you left and right -- new belts, ties, shirts, and so on that you can get for a fraction of the cost anywhere else. There are more honorable businesses around.

My boyfriend got a suit through the company for his brothers wedding. We went to go get his measurements and sizing and they told us to come back a certain day to pick it up. They day before they called us and informed us it went to a completely different state. When we went to get it fitted and tailored staff was rude and rushing us, but told us they would ship it to Washington where the wedding is. Today we are informed by the bride and groom that the company has once again lost the suit. We have called to try to fix the matter, and the customer service lady Danielle was very rude and ignorant and wouldn't let us even finish a sentence when we tried to explain why we were calling. When we commented on it she was even more rude and talked over us and was quick to get off the phone. The suit is still no where to be found. We will never use this company again!

I've never gone into a Men's Wearhouse that I did not have a great experience. The Men's Wearhouse must have some high employee standards because I have only found great customer service there. They are very helpful. If you order online they can exchange things for you. They Taylor suits there for you. And they have a line of suits shirts sweaters vest shoes and anything that you need in order to dress up to look your finest. The employees are always dressed to the T and ready to serve you with great customer satisfaction. If you purchase a suit you do not leave that store without a suit bag. I want to thank mens Warehouse for having such great high standards 4 helping there customers to look their best!

If there was a zero star I would choose that. Have had nothing but trouble from the start. They can never find my name in the system. They have overcharged all of my guys in the wedding party. I purchased ties for all the guys as a gift. They tried to sell ties to everyone who came in to get fitted and the ties weren't even the ones I had chosen. I tried to talk to a manager higher then the store manager because he couldn't get things right either. I left a email on men's warehouse and have never heard anything back from that. I hope they read these and contact people back but I doubt they will.

This place is seriously a joke, we went to rent suits for my wedding and the wedding hasn't even come and we have had problems with them. 1- There customer service is terrible! No one is willing to jump right in and start helping you, you have to track people down. 2- Seriously if I am paying $175 to rent a stupid suit from you, don't tell me how it should fit. You should make it fit me how I want since I am paying you an arm and leg to borrow the stupid thing. 3- I have had to warn other grooms men that they have to be pushy about how they want things to fit just so it will get done right. Seriously it shouldn't be this hard to rent a bunch of suits from you guys. Lets just hope everything goes smooth for the wedding because after its over I will NEVER be coming here again!!!!!!

This place is like bizarro world. Whenever you want help, you can't find it. Whenever you want to silently look around on your own you will be swarmed by salesmen. Want to buy just a simple suit? Cool, let us try to hard sell you on everything in the store from pocket squares, to shoes, to more suits, etc. I felt more pressure from the salesmen here than the guys who sold me my last two cars. Lastly, and perhaps most irritatingly, I ordered/bought a suit on the 20th of a month. I was told the suit would not be ready till the 8th of the next month. That's three weeks. Why go to a big, publicly traded company if they can't get you a suit within 7-10 days. The tailors job list is two weeks long...so...hire another tailor? I don't need a business degree to figure that one out. Spend the extra hundred bucks and support your local mom and pop shop.

This was probably the worst experience I ever had at a suit/tuxedo place. I made a an appointment a week ahead of time for all the groomsman to try different options on. I am going for a very rustic look. When we arrived we were taken up stairs and I showed the girl what we were looking for. She looked at me and basically said yeah we can't help you. She then told us that we would not be able to try anything on to see what we wanted for a style or fit. We then proceeded downstairs to look at different options to purchase something. We were then greeted by a guy who would take over from there. I showed him what kind of look we were going for. What my wedding dress looked and the bridesmaid dresses. He then asked if all the groomsman were there and I said no we were missing a groomsman but whatever we picked for an outfit we would come back and choose for him. He then asked me if that groomsman was the same size as the rest or if he was fat? Seriously? After that he said what color scheme are you going for and I said I didn't know I wanted to see different options. He then told me he doesn't have all day to pick out outfits for me he has other things to do. And he wasn't kidding. After that comment I let him pick a bunch of stuff and told him we wer all set. He said okay. Didn't even try to keep us there or help us out in anyway. I WILL NEVER EVER GO THERE OR RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. Stay away from 850 baldhill road. You guys suck!

My wife and I did a few days worth of research prior to going to Men's Warehouse to purchase a couple of suits to prepare for an upcoming wedding. We decided on WM due to their 2 for 1 men's suit promotion. I shopped with my brother in law so that together we could each get a suit and utilize the promotion to pay half price each. Although we repeatedly communicated our desire to take advantage of the promotion, because my suit and pants were not a package and those of my brother were, we did not qualify for the discount, and were not notified of that fact until the cashier already had charged our credit card and we were reviewing the receipt. Deceptive advertising. The suits are beautiful but I would feel so much better about my purchase had I not been baited and switched. Just remember, something that sounds too good to be true in this case was actuality precisely that, AND don't give up your card before understanding exactly what you will be paying for.

I have purchased two suits from the Men's Wearhouse in Orem, Utah. One of those is the suit that I wore for my wedding. I can't see myself going anywhere else for a suit at this point. They really do put a great deal of care into their work. The service their is a one on one experience with You, and their very professional staff. They come fully equipped with an in-house tailor, to ensure that your suit fits perfect, and looks great! They offer both suits off the rack, and custom made suits, of which I have purchased both! They also offer a selection of vests, dress shirts, ties, and other accessories. Without hesitation, I would recommend these guys for any and all occassions, whether that be Prom, Weddings, and any other formal events!

Visiting Men's Wearhouse in Warwick, RI was the best thing we could do. My fiancée and I arrived at the shop not really knowing what I wanted. We left 1 hour later with a dashing wedding suit and an awesome business suit that came 2 for the price of 1. Our consultant in the shop was Bonita who promised my fiancée that shopping for a wedding suit would be a lot of fun. She was right. We would absolutely recommend her! She listened well and every suit she presented was perfect. It was hard to chose and when she offered 2 for 1 we simply couldn't resist. Honestly, I did not have a real easy and quick experience here. First off, the tailors there really try to tell you how the suit and pants fit and don't listen to you. I had to get a little assertive and bring in my own pair of church pants and SHOW them how I want the pants tailored. If you try to go tighter than than THEY think you should go, you have to be assertive and don't back down when they tell you no. You tell them no. You're paying for it, its their job to listen to you. Actually, thats the only thing.

I rented a tux for my cousin's wedding that I was in. When I went in to get the tux, they hemmed the pants for me (took like 10 minutes) and everything fit great. I picked the tux up in Macon, GA and was able to drop it off here. Very convenient. Some great looking sport coats and slacks too. I'll be back to get some stuff, got some weight to lose first.

My fiancé laughed at me when she saw how awful the tux was. Rented a tux here for a wedding. After paying $230 for a one time use, all I heard were "That's not how the tux is supposed to wear." I don't care about an older gentleman's preference on the style of a tux. If I am paying a ridiculous amount a money, let me at least choose how it will fit me. After getting the tux, it looks like I am wearing my dads suit because it is not fitted to my body at all. I will never go back.

I'm in the store right now taking advantage of the free suit press. The thing is, I showed up 20 minutes before they opened and they graciously allowed me to come in and press it. Now I can show up to a wedding dresses pressed looking fly. This, increasing my chances of meeting some PYT and having a marriage of my own! This isn't my first time here. My son ordered a suit for his wedding photos. He received the email telling him his suit was ready. We drove in and the vest and pants were missing. They said the order had gotten separated and to come back the next day. When we went back the had pieces together a mis mash of pieces that didn't fit. Then they tried to have him pay again. He had all his receipts. We went to Mr.Mack and got a beautiful new suit and short that really fit. When they returned the rental,less than 2 hours later, the staff admitted they had messed up BIG time. I would not recommend this store to anyone!!!!!!

I am drooling over the new custom suits, but you won't have to pry for details when you come in, since all the men on staff just love the ones they happen to be wearing right now. I can see why an organization that holds itself to such a high standard chose a man so young as a general manager. His whole staff is excellent, including the seamstress. This last fact is nice since they "guarantee every stich" of in-house tailoring, and you just lost an excuse not to go to the gym.

Terrible. Don't waste your time here please!! They have typical bubbly salesmen like every other place in the business but they lost our order. They said it would take two weeks for the order to be done, we went 6 days after the due date to pick it up and they had lost a part the shirt which was to be tailored. They then "found" it and said it would be done the following day. We go the next day and suddenly it's been damaged and not completed. So they did a rush order to have it done that day because we were flying out of state the next day (they were aware of this) and the rushed tailoring job is half of the original job we were supposed to get so it doesn't fit right. Not only could they have called us when they damaged the shirt (they have our number on file) they didn't refund or offer ANY sort of compensation for the trouble. And we got charged more than the amount of tailoring done in the end. It was ridiculous and handled so unprofessionally. This is for a wedding too, and they understood the importance of it all. I recommend going elsewhere to a location that will take care of your items. We spent about $750 for a poor experience. Never going back

Ended up spending a bit more than I originally expected due to them not having a wide selection of suits in my size (keep that in mind if you're a smaller build) Their custom suits come start around $375 and offer free alterations. Harrison was a good salesperson and we got fitted for the suit and had it ordered quickly. It arrived on schedule. In the end I think a custom suit was good choice since it fits better than any other suit I've had!

Had a horrible experience. We rented a tux which was fine. We wanted to do our groomsmen as well, we were quoted 125$. My dad went to another men's wearhouse and paid 72$ for a suit rental. We decided not to rent because the price was out of our price range. The fact that worker (Lindsay) did not try at all to work with our bugget or help in anyway was such a disappointment. Not only was she cold but has no manners and was diffinitly not friendly either times we went in.

I was able to get everything I need and the gentleman that took care of me was very helpful. He took one look at me and knew my size and worked out a deal on a suit for my wedding, expensive but great suit. The same gentleman helped out one of my groomsmen who managed to get the wrong suit and managed to get him outfitted two days before the wedding. However, most of the time I walk in this place it feels as if I am being judged based on my income. If you don't have money than you are less likely to be helped it feels.

We took 2 people in to get fitted for tuxes and were there for over three hours. When the father of the groom when to get his tux for the wedding, NOTHING fit. They said they would overnight a new tux. This was on Thursday (the day they got the tux) and the wedding is Saturday. Friday they said they might not get the tux in time. The associates were rude and extremely unpleasant to work with; not to mention the people we dealt with seemed to have no idea what they were doing.

I went for groomsmen rentals for my wedding. the man there was clearly on commission as he only showed me the most expensive options until i pushed him hard if there was anything else cheaper. they told me i could pay with another persons credit card over the phone. then when i go to pick them up the day before my wedding they tell me i can't do that and do not allow me to leave with the suites, which is not an added stress you want on the day before your wedding. then they didnt have the right arrangement for one of the suites and made us drive all the way to bountiful i think it was to pick it up. overall unsatisfied. also, ignore any coupons they offer you online or via mail, as the prices they advertise in the store already have the coupons 'included'. its just a ploy to get you in. men's warehouse is not a better business, its too bad they are some of the only ones with what they offer.

Had a terrible experience here. Went in to have my dad and brother try on their tux’s for my wedding and the older guy “helping” us was not helpful at all and was rude. He handed them the tux’s and we could not find him again, we waited and waited for him to come help us to see if the fit is right because there were some pieces that seemed too big. He was too busy helping out another costumer probably too worried about getting a commission off of that to help us. We got tired of waiting and eventually just left.

I never leave reviews but I felt inclined to this time. We went to this location to get a custom suit made for my husband for our wedding. From day 1- the customer service was sooooooo terrible and awkward. The employees come off as rude and just plain not customer service oriented at all. It’s been over a month and we got our suit which is VERY nice. However, we also had a custom shirt made to fit my husband and we’ve been there 3 times and they keep losing it or misplacing it... Super inconvenient. Every time we are there we feel so awkward and they act like it’s a burden to help us. We’ve now been 4 times and still don’t have all of our custom pieces even though we spent $900 and they keep emailing us saying it’s ready for pick up. They’re not organized at all... The last time I was there 2 younger employees were even talking inappropriately behind me. The suit and quality is GREAT But customer service is a huge thing to me and I can’t get over how bad we feel when we are there. We came in once and said we were here to pick up our suit- then the salesman ignored us and went to speak to a customer that just walked in. It’s a good thing my wedding wasn’t sooner or we’d be without a shirt that we purchased for an insane amount of money. For spending nearly a thousand dollars I had hoped we’d be treated better. Don’t go here! Take your money somewhere where people know how to speak, sell, and treat you well.

Best service ever!! Went in to do a tux rental for prom, they measured, remeasured and tried pieces on to get the right fit ordered. We had the pickup in Fargo but returned to Bismarck. It took maybe 10 min to return but that was due to making sure all pieces were there, and to pay a one day return late charge. If you need a tux or a suit for that matter definitely check them out. They also have a rewards program so sign up for that in store or online!!

Have rented from Men's Warehouse in the past. I went into the Bismarck location with my fiancé to set up our wedding party and was happy with the service even with there computers not working. This made things take longer but we understood there was nothing they could do about it. About a week later I got a call and confirmed some details. When I asked about the price to confirm each groomsmen would pay around $120 (which is what they told me in the store it would cost) for their rental, they said no it will be $224 per rental. I was obviously upset because my fiancé and I do not live in the same city so this complicated things. Instead of offering to fix there mistake they wanted me to change my selection if I wanted the price reduced. I did switch the coat I chose because it doesn't look much different. I was just not happy in the way they handled the situation and did not offer anything extra or a discount for the couple hours I spent at the Bismarck location.

We won't go back. My husband has purchased suit here and was satisfied so I told my 20 year old son to go get measured for a suit for weddings coming up. I want to use my AAdvantage card for the miles but they wouldn't take my card over the phone. I told my son to have them take his measurements and I'd go by after work to pay for the suit, shirts, ties and shoes he needs. They refused to take his measurements until full payment for a suit was made. Plus I could hear through the phone how rude they were. My son said there was one woman who tried to be helpful but no one else. I'm pretty sure he can get what he needs elsewhere!!

Will not do business with Men’s Warehouse anymore. Got a custom fit Calvin Klein suit from them for my wedding and was promised it would be done 2 weeks before the wedding. I go in for pick up about 5 days after the scheduled pickup date. Suit and vest are done, but the shirt is missing. No one can find it in the back. My fiancé and I were told to come back the next day at 7pm and they would have it finished. The next day arrives and lo and behold the shirt isn’t done. Apparently the one they worked on got damaged in the process. I’m of the honest opinion they hadn’t even started on it and we’re just saying something to try and pass off the long delay as something out of their control. I would appreciate if they would just accept their mistake and correct it instead of all the excuses. Side note, these people knew my timeline and that I was leaving soon. They end taking one off the shelf and doing a quick 30 min job on it before they close. Sides and circumference of sleeves were good, but the sleeves were way too long, reaching past my knuckles. I wanted to ask them to fix it, but the tailor had his bag in hand, ready to walk out the door and go home for the night. You would think they would take better care of their customer’s orders for such big life events. I will definitely be branching out to other stores now. Avoid this company at all costs.

The staff is great and the suits seem to be durable. However, I bought a suit (suit pants tend to get more wear and tear than jackets), and I wanted to buy an additional pair of pants. Apparently, they only sell pants separately from some suits, so make sure that you can buy them separately.

Ok, I think my experience may have uncovered the reason for the various other reviews about rude staff and poor customer service. It starts at the top.... the owner - Larry I believe was the name is unbelievably tactless to deal with.Rudeness that leaves you wondering, did that just happen? Does he not realize I just spent a lot of money in his store? Unless there is new ownership, best to skip this place. This together with Rhode Island's recent decision to start taxing clothes, plus the time savings of buying online are enough for me to say I think I bought my last suit here. I've had outstanding luck with a few online retailers like "best custom shirts" and "black lapel", once you put your measurements in it is very easy, great selection, free alterations, free shipping, free returns, etc.

They didn't have my particular size and stock so they ordered it to be mailed to my house. I was simply told when the delivery comes to my house just bring the suit in and they would Taylor it for me. When the suit came in the mail I brought it in for the fitting. Everything was fine, until it the end of the fitting they told me there was a $70 fee! At know time did anybody make me aware that there was going to be a charge. as a person being limited income this was a bit of a shock. I'm not sure whether it was neglect or just assuming that everybody who goes there can afford or is aware that there is a cost involve with this. I have heard sometimes in commercials that that was free! I believe in the future your work is should make people aware of any cost involve with any services or items that they may offer their clientele. I may be happy with the way I look, but I'm not happy with what seems to me to have been hidden fees...

Do not go to this store! We went to this store to get my son fitted for a tux for his prom. First of all we were treated like a herd of cattle. It was busy, which you would expect during prom season, but they were rushing everyone through. That was bad enough, but when we went to pick it up, the pants did not fit and they gave us the wrong color vest! Their atitude was the worst, especially the lady there who is the tuxedo manager. She was very condescending and actually told us that he was either going to have the wear a pair of pants that were too small or go up a size and wear the size that is too big. she never offered to altar them so they would fit. We had to see the store manager to get it taken care of. When you pay $150 to rent a tux, you expect to walk out of there with a tux that fits! The manager had alterations fix the pants and finally we walked out of there with a tux that fit and a vest that was the right color. We will NEVER do business with this store again. Poor service and rude employees are too much to deal with and should never be an issue at a place of business. You wonder why some people are in the positions they are in when they are not good at all with dealing with the public. Go figure. Terrible, terrible experience!

Had my suit shipped in from another location for a wedding. The Orem location had it for 3 weeks and never called me to come get fitted. After getting it tailored I call back on the date they gave me to see when I could come pick it up (glad I did because I live 1 1/2 hour away). They hadn't even started on the tailoring process but said I could still stop by to see how it was going or come down next week. I told them they guaranteed the time it would be done. I was told in response 'Well it isn't so much of a guarantee as it is we try to have it done by that time.' They are horrendous to work with, spent well over $1,500 for the wedding suits and regretted every minute of it. DON'T GO HERE!

I ordered 2 CUSTOM suits one month and a week before my wedding. One for my father in law and one for myself. We both went in and got measured and were told it would take a month for both suits to get made and sent. Fast forward a month. I get the call that the suits are in so I go in and try my on and the jacket is 7 sizes to small! I get told, well we'll take care of this and they pull off a suit from the rack to lend to me. I don't get told what else will be done just "well take care of it." My father in law goes in the next day to try his on and his jacket doesn't fit either! The shoulders weren't broad enough, the sleeves weren't in the right spot and was just too tight. When he told them how it felt, he was told its a suit and it supposed to be tight. He wasn't able to lift has arms in front of him and he felt if he bent over the back would rip. We were measured for these suits and they were completely wrong! I was told that if I wanted my suit I would have to wait another month and pay the exact same price. We were offered almost nothing in discounts but plenty in excuses. "Well this is the first time this has happened, of course we'll have to alter some things blah blah blah" Had to fight to get a full refund and got no suits. Bad products bad service never coming back here and would not recommend MW to anyone.

I’m not sure where to begin. Before purchasing from Any company I always go online and read the reviews. When I looked up men’s warehouse I noticed that they have a lot of negative reviews, but decided to take a chance. Once I arived to the store No one treated me for several munites. Once I was finally recognized by a sales rep, he took me on what seemed like an endless journey of trying on suites that were not like anything I was explaining. Once we finally found the suits that I was looking for I was promised that I would be able to pick them up today and that I would receive a phone call. After not hearing from them I decided to give them a call and it was like that didn’t even have my order. After being on hold for approximately 5 minutes I was informed that one of my suits was not even at the location and they I wouldn’t be able to receive them for a few day. If you are looking for a company that will truly take care of you and that will keep an open line of communication, look elsewhere.

2 days before the wedding... suits haven't arrived. Clerk shrugs and says "that's on fedex" Customer service is terrible, when suit does arrive, sizing is wrong (they measured), and suit appears to have been rolled up and stuffed in the bag. And they see no issue with any of it. Based on the other customers standing inside trying to get their measurements corrected, I feel it isn't an isolated issue. Would never use them for a rental or purchase anything at this store.

Please read, they have a great guy named peter in the store now, however I’ve had 3 bad experiences from this store and this last one was what it should be every time. I was overcharged big time the first time and and even Craig the assistant manager said I was, so hopefully they make it right to me. But if they don’t this will be the last time I take or refer anyone to this store even though peter is a true and honest kid that actually tries to get you into a suit you will love instead of trying to sell you the most expensive suit they have ever had in the store. I dont write reviews unless its a very positive or negitive experience. My brothers wedding is this weekend. The fitting process took forever. The girl helping could only talk about herself. The tuxes came in a week before. And my son's today. Which is 2 day's before the wedding. 11 men all together ordered a tux for this weekend. And just about every single one had a problem. My brothers tux wasn't the right tux ordered. My other brothers shoes weren't the correct size. My boyfriend's pant were too short. My dads tie wasnt the color he ordered..Everyone had a coupon. All were excepted accept for my dad's. The person who fitted them was the same girl to have them try the tuxes on at pickup. And she was clueless. I heard her give wrong info to another groom there to pickup his tuxes. That party was also very unhappy with service. I get married next year and unfortunately will not be shopping here. Weddings are stressful enough. They need to hire people who can properly give efficient information and be professional.

It's the cheapest place you can go for a suit. Even Macy's is nicer. They tend to gouge you on accessories too if you don't shop just right on their sales and giveaway promotions. Giving us no time for a final fitting as we live out of town and due to their policy of only getting the suits in 2 days before the wedding, we had no time for final fittings. My grooms pants were huge, had to be pinned and almost fell off during the ceremony. His jacket sleeves were way short. Obviously they cannot take measurements correcrly at all and for the cost of their top tuxs they should have been spot on. Extremely dissapointed. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION.

Nothing short of a hassle working with them. Spent hours on the phone and in the store confirming and reconfirming that everything was good to go for the wedding. When trying to figure out how much it would all cost, we got three different quotes. The final amount ended up being different than all three quotes. After paying for it, we were informed they didn't include one of the tuxedos in the payment. Had to go back in and pay more. Sizes were wrong for the groom and two groomsmen. Tried to charge groomsmen and father-in-law after we had already paid. Just awful.

Honestly if I could give it 0 stars I would! This place was absolutely ridiculous! We rented suits for our wedding- so all together we had we had about 6 people. When we had our appointment to go look at the suits and have the measurements taken it was an extremely long process. Not to mention that they did not explain anything to us! They never told us about the returning process- all they said was, all the suits had to be returned the day after the wedding, and that was it! All the instruction we got was that! A week later after our appointment, the manager called because she wanted to confirm everything since the employee who helped us was fairly new. I went over everything with her, and everything was great. When my husband went there to pick up his suit, they had the wrong color ties!! This was 2 days before our wedding- to make things better, the manager said it was my fault I had ordered the wrong color! When we never changed the colors, and she had CONFIRMED everything with me over the phone. Then we went back to return the suits, they have us a hard time because one of the groomsmen returned his at a closer location to his house. So they wanted my husband to pay for it. They ended up calling that location and confirming it was there. This was just a HORRIBLENESS experience!! I wish I would've read all the bad reviews before going there. Never never never again!!!

At the beginning of my experience there, they seemed like they wanted to be helpful as we chose a "CUSTOM SUIT" for my wedding. They had us pay up front and told us it would take 6 weeks to ship. We went to the store on the date they told us would be the latest the suit would be in. Yet, after 7 weeks, it still hadn't arrived. We called them multiple after that to keep checking up on it, but they kept saying they were unable to give us any details on when it would be arriving. When it finally arrived at the beginning of week 8, they called us to tell us it had gotten there. We went to the store and they told us that "they couldn't find it." Turns out, they could only find the pants but not the jacket. Eventually they found the jacket after 30 minutes and it HADN'T even had any of the adjustments made which they said would take another 4 days. When the time came that we would finally pick up the suit, we were already getting nervous with the wedding only 2 weeks away. When it was "finished" they were completely unhelpful. They would leave us standing there for 10 minutes at a time as they did other things. The employees thought it was a ridiculous request for us to want to try on the suit with a borrowed white shirt. When my wife told them that she wanted to make a few small alterations, since it was CUSTOM and they have an in house tailor, they proceeded to be rude to her by telling her that the fit "is just the way it is." They were absolutely unwilling to even listen to her suggestions and questions. Not something that you want to hear about the suit you just purchased as a CUSTOM suit, nor how you want to be treated as a customer.

All of the shirts were different colors, from green to red. They were going to overcharge everyone and never made an attempt to fix it. Sales guy the helped me pick out an outfit for my first job was great. Kind, personable, etc.— good guy. Initially my suit jacket that had alterations did not fit, so I returned it to shorten the sleeves. I mentioned when I dropped off the jacket the first time that it did not fit me but they insisted it was fine. The jacket fits me terribly around the shoulders and the threads are in the process of unraveling. They just fail to execute simple tasks here. I’m sure others have gotten alterations that are perfect, but I’ve never felt like something as important as a good fitting suit is such an afterthought to a business that is reliant on outfitting guys. Kind of a joke honesty. Once they fit my jacket I’m done going back to this store.

Don't shop here if you're one of the millions who use electronic payment methods. Spent 2 hours getting fitted only to find out that they don't accept Affirm Credit. Apparently using high-tech fancy electronic payments is much too futuristic for the Men's Wearhouse to consider!? You or they can say what you want, but going into a store and offering legal payment tender and being turned away is embarrassing and infuriating.

I was meeting my brother and his fiancé to look at tuxes for their wedding. I beat them there and decided to look at suits for 2 other weddings I have coming up. The first salesman who helped me was very nice (and the reason this review isn’t 1 star), but his customer with an appointment showed up so he asked another salesman to help me. That salesman was rude when I told him I didn’t want to spend a lot on the suits because I would only wear them once or twice (I don’t wear suits for a living). He walked away from me when I said I wanted to spend under $400 for both. I was shocked. Then when my brother and his fiancé arrived, we went to the tuxedo section on the 2nd floor. We stood there for about 20 minutes and no one bothered to ask us if we needed help or at least say they’d be with us as soon as they could. They were busy so I understand but you could at least acknowledge our presence. We went to Jos a Bank in Cranston and picked out a tux and were out the door in 15 minutes thinking about how much better the experience was. I know they’re owned by the same company but clearly the management is better at Jos a Bank.

My experience with this location was absolutely horrible. I would give it zero stars if possible. My fiance and I went to get him fitted and the girl helping us seemed nervous to even touch him while doing his measurements. We told her we wanted a suit without the jacket (just a vest). She definitely pushed us to get a jacket saying things like "the boutonniere won't look right on just a vest" and "it's really not formal enough without one". I told her we were set with no jackets (she never asked the style or location of my wedding and perhaps that would've helped her understand). When we ordered it and they told us it would be here 2 days before the wedding, I asked if we could do anything to get it in earlier because I was nervous to see it on my now husband. He is big and tall and had never worn a suit and, of course, we wanted it to be perfect for our big day. Later, when I went with my dad to get his, I asked about getting it earlier and was told we could do a trial run. I put in the order for one right then and they said they would call when it came in. The salesman talked to my dad about how we really need jackets and wouldn't have a complete look without them. Ugh. Anyways, 2 weeks later I call to ask about the trial. The woman put me on hold and told me it might be awhile because it was prom season. (Every time we went in we were reminded to be patient because it was prom season. I understand that's a busy time of year for them, but for adults it's also wedding season and I had chosen this business to help my with my wedding day. They did a terrible job of making us feel important as customers.) Turns out, the trial run had never been ordered - great. So I ordered one that day on the phone and was told they weren't sure when to expect it because, guess what, it's prom season. In the end, we never got that trial either and his suit arrived 2 days before our wedding as we were originally told. He went and picked it up while I was at work. They had to add some fabric to either side of the vest so it would button. They took care of that within a few hours and it wasn't really a problem. However, when he tried it on for me that evening, I instantly knew we would have to go back. The vest was so short it was like a crop top. You could see white (his shirt) all the way around the vest and it in no way came down to his pants. It looked sloppy and definitely not the way I wanted my husband to look and feel on our wedding day. I was even more frustrated because he said he voiced concerns about it when he tried it on and he was told that's how it's supposed to fit. Anyone could see that it was way too short and the "professionals" just wanted to take advantage of someone who had never worn a suit and rush him out by saying it looked fine. The next morning (the day before the wedding), we went there first thing. We waited for a few minutes and a woman (I think the rental manager) asked if she could help us. She remembered him from the day before and he said the vest is just too short. She immediately said well there's nothing we can do about the length and I let her know we had to do something because this wasn't going to work. She offered us a backless vest that they didn't even have one in stock to show us, and we didn't want to do that especially since the guys weren't wearing jackets. She finally ended up talking to the seamstress and they said they could add additional fabric to the shoulder area to help it hang down some. They ended up adding 5 inches on both sides! Clearly it didn't fit right the first time. In the end, everyone looked great but if I could go back, I would choose to never deal with Men's Wearhouse.

Strongly regret purchasing my suits here. The customer service here is terrible. If you can actually get an associate to help you, they treat you like they’re doing you a favor. Forget y’all, I’m the customer. Then they charged me for doing full length creases on the slacks when I never asked for them. Plus, I’m flat footed, if I wanted a crease I would ask for the crease from the knees down. When getting tailoring done before my trip to Mexico, a tailor assumed I was from Mexico. Finally, it’s taken 2-3 adjustments and they still can’t get a tapered leg right. Note to Men’s Warehouse, it’s not 2003 anymore. Ever since I’ve taken my business to Mr. Mac and Joseph A. Banks and I’ve been much better off, you will too. Don’t care for any sorries, fix your store.

My fiancée and I went in looking for a tux rental for myself and to buy 4 suits for my groomsmen. We made an appointment for a Saturday at 11 and were fairly prepared in what we wanted. When we got there the staff treated us like a couple of kids going to prom and told us to wait while they attended to other customers. I guess the appointment meant nothing to them. They then took half-hearted measurements and wrote some info on a piece of paper and then told me my rental would be in two days before my wedding. When I asked about trying it on before to make sure it would fit properly (I'm a bigger guy so suits don't always fit right) they told me that the tux would be fine. I asked if I could speak to a manager and was told they could get a trial tux for me but only after I made a big deal about not wanting to go to my wedding in a tux that possibly wouldn't fit right. Even after I put up with all the tux sizing I was still interested in buying 4 suits for my groomsman and when I asked the girl who was "helping" me with my tux she simply told me that the suits were downstairs and if I had any questions to ask someone down there. Needless to say we left with a deposit on a tux but no suits for my groomsmen. I called the other location down the street and asked them if I can have my tux delivery switched to that location. They were more than accommodating and I am much happier to be dealing with them. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.. Anywhere else.

THIS WAS AWFUL! We had horrible service when we went to select our tuxedos for our wedding. When I got my tux, it was wrinkled. The jacket sleeves were 2 inches too short, the pants were 3 inches too long. I wear a size 30 pants - and they sent size 35. BIG problem. This place is absolutely terrible. They added bowties two regular ties and also didn’t check any of these suits before the wedding date. Two people had to re-order their Suit vest in order to have it ready for the wedding date. And also two of the groomsmen’s vest did not fit. Also the groom had a missing button from his jacket that needed to be repaired on the day of the wedding. They didn’t want to fix any of the mistakes unless they saw the groomsmen wearing the suit vest or the suit jacket. Not a great experience when all groomsmen are measured and their suits do not fit

The service was decent until they tried cramming every upsale in the store down my throat. I bought a brand new tux from them and I asked if they could discount the $50 cufflinks to $25 (Men's Warehouse marks everything up 50% so they can have "the amazing sales". ) Anyways when I asked that the manager of the store said "you're already getting a $260 tuxedo which is a screaming deal and now you want me to discount the cufflinks? I can't do that!" My reply to his comment and tone was, "Well... You are getting $260 of my money too so you shouldn't be complaining too much." At that point he got really rude and ended up charging me for hemming the pants without telling me it'd cost extra. While I prefer Jos A Banks (they are technically the same company), I have never minded Men's Warehouse until I got treated like that. It's pretty sad when the manager is only polite to the customer as long as they buy everything he tries to upsell them without saying no...

I purchased a suit at a different Mens Warehouse that wasn't the right size and didn't fit after two alterations. I took it in to this location to see if they could fix it. They said they would swap it out, it had been sized so poorly starting over was the only option. The suit I picked out was less expensive. It had been over a year since I got it and I was happy they were helping at all, I couldn't wear the other suit, so I figured whatever, it's better than nothing. In the end Jay Shwartz the salesman took care of everything. They swapped my poor fit suit for a new suit with alterations for no charge and store credit for the difference in suit price. They really did make it right, even when it had been another store that messed up. Highly recommend, customer service is great here.

I will say that the suits I have purchased do look good and that they are a quality suit so separating that from the customer experience that I had I would like to leave this two star review. I went in to purchase two new suits because mine had become old and needed an update I had a coupon that stated that if I spend $500 or more I got $200 off. I spent roughly $1100 on two suits and two vests, plus alterations. my issue is that one of the vests upon getting home, despite what the sales rep I worked with had implied, didn't really fit me all that well and I wasn't happy with how it looked. I was under the impression that I could return it no problems and there wouldn't be any issue. When I went to return the item today I was informed that despite the fact that the vest was 185 before sales tax I would only be getting a total of 163 back including sales tax. I am not a math major by any stretch of the imagination but as I understand it even without the vest that I returned I spent well over the $500 required amount to save the $200 but because their system automatically divides that $200 coupon across all items I purchased I had a chunk about $31 worth of my $200 savings in the coupon reduced from my return of the vest. So based on what was described to me at the store I ended up spending over $800 on two new suits and a vest and only got about $170 in savings because I returned an item and they took a chunk of my $200 coupon back from me in that return. so while I'm sure they will say "sir it divides it up amongst the system and reduces the amount you spent originally on the item" The truth, is they pad their own bottom line in the case of a return by taking away from the $200 savings at the coupon was supposed to give me. In short I spent well over the required $500, even after a returned item, to get a $200 discount and because I returned an item they took about $31 of that discount back from me when I return the item. needless to say while the suits are good and I'm not saying that no one should ever shop here you do need to evaluate how you treat the customer because I felt like you nickel and dimed me and I'm not really motivated to use your services again because I may think if anything goes wrong and I return an item you're going to take money from me somehow in the return.

If I could rate negative stars I would. I tried to order 8 jackets. Manager said they would definitely be able to get them. Not only was he unable to make that happen 1 whole month before the date I needed them, but all the other employees were unable to help. One of them especially, Craig, was very unprofessional about the situation and refused to help and treat me professionally.

I went in over the summer to have a suit tailored and the gentleman that greeted me at the door, from the outset, belittled my suit and told me it was out of date/style and that I could use a new one. Terrible service and facility in general. Ended up having one of the managers assist me in finding a tux. In and out in 15 mins and I thought “ nice and easy” wrong. Everything arrived shirt was way way to small. Pants and shoes were wrong. Didn’t come in til 2 days before and ordered it about 2 1/2 weeks ago. Personally recommended taking your time to drive to the Anderson location. Management and staff are more professional unlike Greenville location.

Highly recommend this location. Men's Wearhouse overall is great, but Chris and team here go above and beyond to make you want to come back. Planning a wedding sucks and they made the whole tux rental process very fast and simple. Went in and selected the colors and extras desired. In 20 minutes they had it all setup for the guys to get measured anywhere in the country and have the tux ready here for the big day.

I've gone to MW for 10 years. I've watched the customer service and quality plummet these last two years. My last experience was embarrassingly bad: 1) They didn't have my common shoe size in stock for the two different styles i wanted, 2) said they would mail correct size to me ( i live 4 hours away) 3) later MW called left a voicemail message" come pick up the shoes they are actually here in the store all along - size 10.5. " I called them back reconfirmed the original plan of mailing them to me since i live 4 hours away, finally received shoes in mail - wrong size size 9.5?! went back to local store - " we don't have that style/size have to order it I confirmed with 10.5 wit the guy 3 times well see if they get it right. 5) multiple selections Pronto Uomo heavy 100% wool pants - not in stock but can get them and "will mail" 6) multiple phone calls now actually we don't carry that line of pants anymore called to get refund " our computers are not working I'll call you back" no phone call back, and I think I was still charged for pant I never received 7) have noticed their fabric quality has dropped last few years - they don't carry many good items 100% wool previously heavy is now thin and shiny . shirts -quality and selection has dropped considerably. walked out with a bunch of shirts with cuff link cuffs i didn't want?? 8) another pant order for 4 pants that were tailored is now two weeks later than promised. Just called MW to follow up - phone line picked up and then went dead 9) previously tailor (Hispanic guy) that has done me for last 5 years was awesome , few questions marked it up, perfect. Last time a new tailor was grumpy, seemed annoyed to have to come out of the back to measure me, and asked me questions of where i wanted this and that, said this and that couldn't be done, seemed confused. asked for Hispanic guy - he is no longer there apparently - surprise surprise . I miss the Hispanic tailor that knew what he is doing. I miss George Zimmer. Watching this once great company spend its historical built-up goodwill on poorly trained staff and lower quality fabrics for increased profits I suppose. The strategy can't last. MW will fail or get bought out. - matter of time i predict. Wasn't what it used to be. Just watch. Update Incredible!!!!- I am on the phone now on hold with MW, I should be insanely angry, but I sadly laughing at the comedy of multiple error upon errors. I've talked to three different people at MW and they don't know where my four pants are that were supposed to be tailored and then mailed to me weeks ago! I was now asked " Do you know who helped you?" What did she look like?" Really??? and ultimately I was told "We will find them and call you back." To be continued....................Stay tuned!

Not happy with Mens Wearhouse in Bismarck at all. Initially when my husband and I went in to set up all the outfits for the wedding day we were happy with them, they took time to listen and help us get exactly what we were looking for (we didn't have the traditional "all men in the same outfit") each guy in our wedding was in a different shade of gray so it took a lot of coordinating. About 2 months before the wedding I had an odd feeling that something was not right, so I went in and had them go back over the orders with me. EVERYTHING was wrong in the system, my husband and our dads were entered right but all the groomsmen and ushers were wrong! I was thankful that they took time to go back over it with me and straighten things out. We got married in Sioux Falls, SD when we went to the SFSD location to pick up my husbands suit it was 5 sizes to big for him, yes 5 sizes, he literally looked like a clown! He had not gained or lost weight, the Bismarck store either entered ALL the wrong numbers or did not measure him correctly. Sioux Falls was amazing and able to get him what we needed in time. Finally the wedding day comes and one of our groomsmen was in a WHITE button up shirt. All the groomsmen were to buy gray button ups because you are unable to rent in this color. Even after I went in a second time to and straighten everything out they still were not able to get the order correct, and we just had to deal with the white shirt because it was there was no time to run back to the store. We went with Mens Wearhouse for 2 reasons: 1. they are very large and well known 2. we had groomsmen and ushers living in all different areas of the country and wanted to make it easy for them to get their rentals. I will not recommend the Bismarck Mens Wearhouse to ANYONE, this place is a joke. They are very nice and act like they know how to help you get what you the things you are requesting, but there is something missing in the communication or organization part of their business.

If you're used to getting suits at Kohls or JC Penny, please realize this is a different kind of store. These are high quality suits that are most affordable when you buy multiple suits. Also, they are customized to fit you after tailoring. Come in and order several weeks in advance of when you need a suit. You'll be more than pleased with the result. 4 stars because these guys are good but I've been more impressed with the salesmen at other locations.

It’s funny how one interaction can poison an otherwise decent experience. After getting an email telling me that my suits were ready, I show up to pick them up and the sales person who greeted me ( not the one who helped me the previous visit ) Told me that I am lucky that my suits are ready because they weren’t supposed to be ready until seven. When I responded to him that I came in because I got an email saying the suits are ready, he said “good for you” This guy was rude to me for absolutely no reason and I guess that’s the thanks you that I get after spending $800 in the store. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere in the future. Good for me indeed.

The employees were terribly rude, tried to upsell me by telling me that black socks were acceptable for the most boring funerals (I was renting for my wedding), and the salesperson I worked with seemed quite perturbed that I dared to show up and spend 800 dollars on suits and accessories. He appeared to blame me for a miscommunication from another employer. When I asked about the price (which my salesperson carefully avoided until the very end of the transaction), he waved his hand and told me I wasn't renting a prom tuxedo. The employees appeared annoyed to be there, with the exception of one older gentleman. I understand. I was annoyed that they worked there as well. I'd sooner wear a dung covered burlap sack to my wedding than work with this store again.

Horrible experience here with a salesman who apparently had another thing to do somewhere else because he was always in a hurry during all the time we were at this store. I was looking a suit for my wedding with my fiancee, and obviously we were not going to pick the first piece of wool he showed. When we were not sure about what kind of suit I would buy, this guy just told a "see ya later" and turned and left. Do not go there.
