Knowledge of suits and tailoring is good, customer service is very poor. Don't expect him to meet schedules or call you at all. You will have to hound him until its ready. His kid is also at the store every time I stopped in. He spent more time attending him then assisting me. I ordered a suit on a Monday, he said it would be in on Friday and would call me. The next Tuesday I called and he said it wasn't in yet, should be in on Thursday (a week late). On Friday I didn't hear from him yet, so I called. He did have it in, so I stopped in to get fitted. He said he would have it ready to be picked up on Monday. Tuesday came and didn't hear from him again, so I called him. He said he hadn't got to it yet and was hoping to get to it that night. I voiced my frustration and he said he would make sure to have it ready. I stopped in the next morning to pick it up and he had the audacity to call me out for not picking it up the afternoon before. Not very impressed and will not go back...

As a larger fellow, Hansen's is my go-to spot for clothing in Bismarck. Staff is always super friendly and eager to help me find what I'm looking for.
