They did an outstanding job on my daughter's wedding dress. 3 Layers of hem, removing the pockets, taking it in in the bodice. I'd post pictures but the wedding hasn't happened yet. Not an elaborate dress - but very delicate material that if not altered correctly - it would show in how the dress fell. I recommend them highly.

Thu's tailoring did a great job altering my wedding gown! Embroidered lace is pretty delicate; it was altered for length and also width, being that it was 1.5-2 sizes too big. Thu even had the great idea to sew in a bra. When I was nervous about the price of the alterations, they were willing to take out the pins so that I could get a second opinion. In the end, they cut me a deal with the tax. Thank you Thu and staff!

The owners are very friendly and take their time to understand what you are requesting. Sometimes when you're not sure, they give you their opinion, which I found helpful at times. If an item can't be reasonably tailored, they will be honest with you and won't force unnecessary work. I have had several items tailored by them and all came out exactly as I requested. I found the pricing to be reasonable, especially for the quality of work they do. I'd definitely recommend them for any tailoring needs you may have.

BRIDES TO BE: Trying to find the right tailor to cut and tweak the dress you just spent x amount of time picking out is nerve racking. At least, it was for me! I had a few people recommend Thu's to me so we went it and gave it a try. Happy to say they did a wonderful job! The dress fits perfecly! Priced reasonably with GREAT customer service! I highly recommend giving them a try!

I have used this place on many ocassion's for my daughter's dresses and she did a good job. Recently 8/2018 my daughter went to pick up her wedding dress and it had a hole in the arm. Who want's to wear a dress with a hole in it? Thu basically got in her face and said " you put the hole in there, and continued to yell at her.Thu said she can fix that come back in an hour". She did and the wedding dress was still not like she wanted it. I will never go back to her again. $400.00 for alterations and never offered some kind of refund. Unbelievable!!

Mr and Mrs Thu are lovely people and did an amazing job on my husband's two shirts. When picking up shirts I also bought in a backpack that's strap had broken. They fixed it while waiting and it looked like new. Will definitely return!

Owners are very rude...didn't say anything to me when I came to get my pants taken down a size...other than 'try them on' and 'why did u get pants that are too big'. When I picked them up, I thought that they did a pretty good job, but after the first time I washed them, on delicate cycle, the seams came open...smh. Very disappointed for the money I paid. Will find another tailor next time.

I had good expectations for Thu's Tailoring going in based on the reviews but ultimately had a terrible experience. I went in to get the top tulle layer of a dress shortened a few inches- a simple request. I arrived and was the only one in the shop but then the tailor left me standing with my dress on while she helped other customers who came in after me, even leaving the store multiple times while I just waited for her. When I got the dress back, I saw that the tulle had been cut unevenly, exposing the slip layer in some places and was not the length that I had specified. I will not be coming back.
