Absolutely horrible.. I brought my prom dress to get the top put off the shoulder and the bottom to be hemmed. I ONLY wanted the front hemmed and a small train in the back. She just cut the dress completely uneven, aswell as THREE other dresses and ruined the top of mine. She cut off the back and when we told her I wanted a train, she just said “okay” and walked off. She cut the dress too short and didn’t even care that she messed up. The dress was $139 by itself and with her alterations, she was trying to charge me $190 for a ruined dress.

Pricing here is ridiculous! I went to have a $100 dress hemmed and they quoted me at $140 for a simple hem! I drove 10 minutes down the road to another tailor and for the same exact thing ended up paying only $60.

I went in with my wedding dress and got instant service for a fitting. She recommended adding cups to the bust and taking off length as well as adding the bussle. The price was very low, and all alterations have been done by the dates promised. Just went in for the final fitting and it looks perfect! I will have my dress pressed and cleaned in less than a week, and she doesn't take payment until its all complete. She complimented me and my dress each and every time I went in, and I couldn't have had a better experience. Thank You! -Jackie K

My daughter came up here on Monday & they assured me that they could alter her Prom dress by the following Saturday. They cold my daughter to come @ 1:00 & when we arrived they were closed. No attempts to contact us before they left!!! Now my daughter has NO DRESS for the prom. Please come open the store 4/27/19

I had a horrible experience. I asked to have my pants cuffed and they didn't. When I tried to pay for it, i was told that I needed to pay cash if the price was under 25 dollars. I wish I was told that when I came the first time. I was also told they don't do receipts and that's a no no in my book. The only reason I tried this place is because the shop I normally go to was closed over the holidays but the next time I'll wait.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!! Worst tailor experience ever! I brought in a company jacket to have sleeves shortened. They were cut to short, yes too short and they are NOT even the same. I wouldn’t go to them ever unless your seeking ruined clothing.

This woman is NOT A TAYLOR nor is she an amateur. She has no business “trying” to fix clothing OF ANY KIND. SHE DESTROYED SOME CLOTHING I BROUGHT IN TO HAVE REPAIRED. (See photographs) . She has the worlds WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Do yourself a favor don’t bring you clothing here is you care about how it looks. Did I forget to mention that she refuses to give me a refund?!? Don’t work I filed a dispute with my back. $30 buck to ruin my expensive clothing. I don’t think so!! Esta mujer NO ES UNA TAYLOR ni ella es una amateur. Ella no tiene ningún negocio "tratando" de arreglar la ropa DE NINGUNA CLASE. ELLA DISTROYO ALGUNA CIERRE QUE LLEGUÉ PARA HABER REPARADO. (Ver fotografías). Fantastic work. I highly recommend them for all alterations! She did a wonderful job on my grand daughters formal gown. She had to take it in a full size, move the zipper, and a triple layer hem. It came out perfect!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Tailor on 42 had my daughters prom dress for 3 weeks to be fixed for alterations. She RUINED the prom dress!!! The dress had a little train on the back of the gown. When we picked it up the back of the gown was hiked up and the front was longer..SMH...she told me that is how the gown was when I had pictures. She knew that gown was not brought to her like that!! She messed up and couldn't even own up to it!! I had to take the gown to another seamstress 4 weeks before her prom. The seamstress who is fixing her mistakes was even disgusted by Tailer on 42 alterations. If there is somthing you can't do, dont say you can and ruin whatever it is that need tailoring. I will NEVER do business with these business again!!!

They do take time to listen, to find out your needs. Then perform nothing short of miracles. The pieces they have done for me have always turned out beautifully. This is truly a business you must visit and patron for their services. It is very hard to find this type of quality (attention to detail) service anymore.
