Horrible experience, will never go back here! My husband dropped off 3 pieces of clothing and was told they would be ready in 3 days. I went to pick them up on the 4TH day and gave the name and ticket number, they went to the back to "look" for them, 15 minutes later I am told they are still "looking" for them, 45 minutes later I am telling them I cannot wait for you to find the items you have clearly lost as I am needing to get ready for a wedding that afternoon! Then all of a sudden like magic the items are located and I was given a $4 discount for having to wait......excuse me? You just took up almost an hour of my time for your mistake. AND while I was waiting 2 other customers happened by and were very upset that the items the were picking up appeared to have had no alterations done to them! NEVER GO HERE!

We stepped into this alteration shop looking to have a dress taken up and the people operating this business did their best to avoid talking about a price or time estimate while taking measurements. It took me going to look at the price list to see for myself. Shady and dodgy.

Simple straight stich item. Didn't have to do much work. They didn't quote me a price. When I came to pick up they wanted $30 for a simple sewing that took 10 minutes. I think they should let you know you are about to be ripped off. Unfortunately I will no longer refer friends and family to this location.

Been very happy with this shop fr over 10 years,I think they have changed ownership Took 3 pants to be alter,1 came back to short,had to make shorts out of them,2nd pair To short took back they said would fix,3 rd pair fine,now these where brand new pants Did not make any attempt to pay for the pant that I had to make shorts out of,charge $12.00 Per pant to sew Suspender buttons.There is a breakdown somewhere now,but I will not Find ou where,I am thru with them

Terrible!!! I got there needing pants shortened. The lady told me to go to a closet (fitting too) to put my pants on. When I came out the closet after putting on my pants there was three people ahead of me. The lady didn’t let me know how long the wait was going to be she just wanted me to stand there. I waited for 15 minutes while a mother and daughter get there dressed altered. There seemed to be no end in sight and the lady who worked there kept bringing in more customers to wait and never acknowledging how long the wait was going to be. Bad customer service. I left and went to Magdelines Alterations where they treated me like a human being.

If it takes them too long to fix your dress then cancel it because my sisters dress for prom is coming a loose and she has prom today so if it takes them past the day they tell you it will be ready just take your dress somewhere else
