I dropped off jeans to be patched up which is very simple and was unable to inspect them before I left due to being in a rush. When I got home I looked at them and what I asked them to do was not done at all. It was single stitching and had some cheap adhesive tape on it. I barely push on the patch with my finger and half the stitching came undone. I had to wait a week for something that looked like a beginner had done. $15 for something I could have hand sewn that would have worked way better and back in use in less then a week. I do not recommend and will be doing all my alterations somewhere else

This place is awesome!! I brought in pictures of what I wanted my bridesmaids and flower girl to wear. She made them from scratch and they look just like the pictures. She had the wedding party come in multiple times to make sure it fit perfectly to there individual shape and size. She also altered my wedding dress to fit perfectly. I recommend them to everyone!

Paid $55 to get it hemmed and got this. Can someone explain what the hell happend? Seriously, if you're not going to do it right, don't charge for practicing on a $200 dress.

Don’t like leaving bad reviews but do not take your military uniform here. Brought it here to fix the service stripes after another shop sewed on more than I asked. They put a female stripe from my jacket on the other male jacket that I brought in. When I told them it needed one of the male stripes they put two on?? Seems like a good shop for costumes and apparel but not for something that requires detail and neatness. Didn’t even get a refund.

Sweetie has been taking clothes here for the last few years and has always been very pleased with the results. One time, the seamstress suggested a different alteration that turned out way better than the original concept. And the prices are reasonable also.

Took my dress in for hemming, the dress is light yellow and the hem came back with black marks on it and stitching missing in numerous spots. Luckily i was able to spot clean the marks off the dress. Terrible terrible workmanship.

Been coming here for over 4 years now. Hard to find a good seamstress shop that can do what they can, especially for a picky person like me. If you don't feel like your getting what you want, just ask! They will take care of you so you get what you want. That's why I come back time and time again.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this place!!! By far the best alterations for the best price I have ever found. All the seamstresses are very knowlagable and very friendly. I’ve been going to them for years and have never had any problems, but even if I had I know they would fix it in anyway possible and as fast as I needed, their customer service is unbeatable. They’ve done patches, zippers, hems, MY WEDDING DRESS (and it was perfect) and all my costuming for Halloween and ren faire! If it can be sewn I know they can do it! Seriously can not say enough good things about the lovely ladies at Alterations and sew much more!

I have been coming to Rachel and her girls at Alterations and sew much more for years and just googled to find their new address and I can not believe these reviews! These girls are AMAZING! My husband is always ripping through his pants and somehow they always fix them up so beautifully! I also had them hem and take in the sides on a formal I took on a cruise and it was PERFECT. Fit me like a glove and the craftsmanship is always impeccable. They also made my vision for my home a reality when I decided to redo my dinning room, living room and patio set! Home decor, formals, normal alterations, these women are skilled!
