I am only giving her 1 star because I cant go any lower. Her work is good she is just a terrible person. I went to her once before at the recommendation of my wife who has been going for years. I had never met Qun and when I went in to have some pants himmed. She told me word for word. " you fat! You need to go to ythe he gym ands lose weight". My wife and mother inlaw did not understand why i was because they love her after years of going. Well i worked and customer service for 20 years and this was the wrong way to treat any person let alone a customer. Good at her job but insults the customer .

My name is Sharon Baker I left a new formal dress to be altered and steamed. I recieved the dress full of snags and stained on the front of the dress. I will never use this alteration shop again. I paid 99.00 in alterations on a dress that is not really fit to wear. I found cat hair on dress. This maybe how the dress was all snagged. Quns should replace this dress. She did not take care of my dress as she should have. Very angry!

Extremely rude service. Took in a comforter to see if could repair seams, now keep in mind this is a decorative comforter not used to cover with. Was told need to have cleaned first because the woman said she had allergies. She would not even look at the comforter at all. This is the second incident I have had with this business. The last pair of pants I had hemmed there were done poorly and with cheap thread and fell out in a week and again lady with the business accused me of pulling out the hem. She stated she would repair it but would charge me again. Do yourself a huge favor and take your items elsewhere to have them worked on. This business does not value your business, and does extremely poor work. Save your time and money and spend it elsewhere. Hope this review saves someone from a horrible experience. This is the type of business that truly needs to go out of business.

This place is amazing we showed up with my Daughter's wedding gown 2 weeks before the wedding needing to have it done. We had already been some where else and was turned away. The very sweet lady welcomed us in and told us she would have it ready 2 days before wedding a week later she called and it was ready a week earlier than expected and the dress was perfect. She was so friendly PLEASE if you need alterations do Yourself a favor and go see Qun she is the best

They advertise that they can do same day service. I took a pair of uniform pants in on a Tuesday and asked to have them back by Friday, they turned me away saying it would take over a week. That is absolutely rediculous!!!

Hours say open sunday, here on sunday at 1:00 pm.... wasted a trip and time to get to a closed store.. if you’re not open, don’t advertise open hours...
