I was referred to O&R Alterations from the place we purchased my daughter's senior prom dress. I was very nervous because the dress had lots of bead work at the top and needed to be altered in many places. Upon first looking at the dress, Oscar offered no apprehension at the amount of work to be done, which really impressed me and put me at ease. When returning two weeks later for another fitting, he had completed a lot of the work to the dress. I was worried about the dress slipping down while my daughter wore it so he fastened little clips inside to actually attach the dress to the bra. He finished the dress three days later. The dress was beautiful. It fit perfectly. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone. He and his wife are very professional. Their space is in their home, but it is private. He listens to your concerns and knows exactly what to do to fix it. The cost is reasonable as well. We were very pleased with the services provided and if we need anything altered again we will be back.

Oscar did a great job on my daughter's bridesmaid's dress for her sister's wedding. He not only made it look the way it was meant to look; but he did it fast! He was affordable, half of what David's Bridal wanted to charge me for just one of the alterations we had done by Oscar. I highly recommend you take your alteration needs to him. Brought in two work jackets with broken zippers. I left with one jacket already fixed. The other jacket they replaced the whole zipper. They were tan military jackets and they even color matched. I noticed a lot of dresses (prom and nicer).

I was extremely satisfied with my experience at O&R Alterations. I brought 5 different pieces to O&R to be altered. A formal jumpsuit, a structured kimono jacket and several pants. All were done to my specifications at a very reasonable price. Turn around was only a few days. I will be back!

I have no words to express what I think about them... but they are simply awesome! They took care of the length of my evening gown and so I had the opportunity to prove the nice job they do with every customer. Besides, my husband had a last minute issue with a jacket (minor stuff but not less important) and they helped us out with it! I'm so grateful my husband and I found them. One of the best tailor experiences I have ever been a part of. The tailor was helpful, professional, and very kind. I came in with uniform that was damaged by another tailor and he was able to undue their mistakes and tailor the coat to perfection. I highly recommend him to anyone with any tailoring issues. AMAZING!!! Really the only word that comes to mind and still doesn’t describe this place good enough. The staff here is so friendly and so helpful. You dont just feel like a number to them, Ive been here multiple times dropping and picking up and the yound lady at the front counter has always remembered me. I work for the Sheriffs Office and they were able to alter my uniforms. They have also altered a formal dress for my wife. I couldnt be more happy with the results. I will continue to always use this place and recommend it to whoever I can Thanks guys!!! They do speak Spanish

I bought a wedding dress and it was too tight on my waist. I brought it to Oscar and his wife and when he was done( in less than a week) the dress fit better on me than I ever though possible!!! O & R are fantastic!!!. I had a formal dress in need of pressing, and I needed it done in a couple days. I went here, tried it on and I was actually in need of some alterations. He has a great eye, and knew exactly what I needed done. He did my dress in 2 days and it was perfect!!. He also makes dresses himself. The establishment is very nice and they are very nice. He also placed chevrons on my husbands uniforms in one day. He is very well priced, and worth every penny. I am definitely having him make my dresses in the future. I highly recommend them!!!

We had to get alterations done in a quick pinch due to travel and lack of time for an upcoming ball. So we coordinated with O&R ahead of time, and they got the job done within the hour. They went above and beyond and also steamed the uniform on top of finishing the alterations early. We are so pleased we went with O&R. They are great folks, and care about there customers. Again, very satisfied and they beyond exceeded our expectations.

Highly recommend this place! Wonderful friendly couple who made me feel so comfortable and confidant in having my gown altered there. Oscar had my beaded lace wedding gown ready in 1 week! It was extactly how I wanted it:) so so happy with finding this place!!! Oscar's prices are unbelievable and ESP for the quality work that he does! I had to drive 1 hr to get to this place and I am glad I did. I am absolutely satisfied with Oscar's work and professionalism. I had to get my ball gown fixed and when it was done you can't even tell there was any correction made on the dress. He is super busy and my only ADVICE is that you really need to give him enough time to get the work done. Also, make sure to FOLLOW UP and check in case receipt is lost. Unfortunately, this actually happened to me he misplaced the receipt for my dress and I am glad I called few days before my pick up date and he was able to locate my dress and get it done on time. Overall, great experience, humble and very down to earth people.

Oscar and his wife are beyond wonderful! I just got my wedding dress altered by them and I will take anything I need altered back to them. My dress is very elaborate with delicate lace. They took my dress apart (scary, I know!) And altered the length and put it back together so it would be the same dress. It turned out beautifully. They are an excellent value for the work they do. I took a denim jacket to them to replace some pieces in it with a different color fabric that a previous tailor could not even start on because they said it was too hard of a project. They had it for 5 months and all they did was unstitched one shoulder. I took it to O&R and they got it done in three weeks and it turned out beautifully. Exactly what I wanted and it looks like it came from a factory. I highly recommend this tailor.

I'd give it zero stars if I could. Unfortunately I had a very bad experience and would not recommend him to anyone. He held my dress for an entire month and didn't even fulfill what I was paying for, then didn't try to give me my money back or offer to fix it. He almost ruined my $450 dress, thankfully I took it else where and the lady was able to fix and add what I asked in only three days and it came out PERFECTLY. Oscar did not measure me, take into consideration my height, or make any markings on the dress when I had it on, due to that the dress didn't even fit after leaving here, I wouldn't be so upset if he at least offered to fix it, but he didn't. He simply told me there isn't much more he can do.

I dropped off my dress this morning (03/19/2016) to get altered and later that day around 1600 the dress was completed. When I tried on the dress, it fit better than when I brought it in. The pricing is very reasonable and they are very nice people. The best part is that they are very CLEAN!! They are wonderful people and I am recommending them to everyone that I know.
