I had a great experience with Nader's Alterations. I Just brought a pair of pants that a button came off and he fixed them in two minutes free of charge. I have taken other items to fix to him and he always does a great job at a great price. I will only take clothing to him to fix or alter. Highly recommend.

Brought four pairs of dress pants to get hemmed. Nader rushed the measurements and then returned the pants too short. I had to pay to get them fixed and was still not happy about the pants when they were returned a second time. I ended up bringing the pants (and matching suit jacket) to a shop down the street. My advice, bring in one pair at a time to a shop that will take the time to get a proper measurement and will offer to fix the alteration if you are not 100% satisfied.

Nader does a great job. If you have 5 pants to hem that are similar, he will let you try one on, then you are finished. No need to try on the other 4. Smart man who is courteous and skilled.

Have had a lot of work done over the last year. Has steadily gotten worse. From visible stitching on hems, suit coat sleeves being uneven, attached the cuff on a shirt upside down to shortening shirt sleeves so much they had to trashed. I decided to never go back when he switched out a claim check to a more expensive one.

They did an awesome job on shortening three evening dresses that I got from Macy's. The fabrics of the dresses definitely require great skills to have them shortened. Mr. Nader was very patient and professional in taking the measurements and guided me through the process to make sure my expectations would be met. They were ready before the scheduled pickup time and turn out to be way better than I expected them to be. I am 5'1" and it's very challenging to get skirts and pants that fit me. Now I've found Nader's Alternation to help out with the situation and been enjoying shopping for my wardrobe.

Wonderful business. I had a nice coat that ripped on the seam and they fixed it perfectly! Can’t even tell that it had ever been ripped. Nader has been doing my alterations for more than 10 years. He is professional, courteous and always spot on! He can take any garment and make it feel like it was made just for me. He alters every pair of pants I buy. They are perfect every time. He has also altered skirts, dresses, and jackets for me as well. I haven’t found anything he can’t do. He does not do alterations; he tailors garments to look their best. I highly recommend him!

Took a piece to Nader's about a month ago. After a couple of weeks I decided to call just to make sure he had my correct phone number. When I spoke with him on the phone I told him that I didn't think I still had my slip of paper with the order # on it to which he responded with statements like, "you keep up your end, I keep up mine" and, "you're making so much more work for me". I totally understand that I should have kept my slip but part of owning a business is understanding that mistakes such as these are bound to happen. This is no way to speak to a customer. At any rate, a week later I received a message about my piece being finished and my boyfriend picked the item up- Nader treated him the same way. My alteration was fine but not worth the hassle/lack of customer service, there are too many other options in GSO.

They did an incredible job on two dresses. I was completely happy with how they turned out, but I find the pricing to be questionable and inconsistent. Because I was so pleased with the work on two dresses, I took a jumper there to have the zipper replaced. The woman there quoted me about $25-$30. I researched online and found that while the price ranges, it's typically between $10-$15. She also charged a friend around $60 to shorten the hem on a dress within 48 to 36 hours. She charged an outrageous express fee. In Chalotte, Anna's Alerations turns items with simple alterations like a shortened hem with no lining around in 2 days easily WITHOUT charging an express fee.
