Desperately needed a last minute alteration to a gown and found this wonderful gem! Mia is so sweet, straight to the point and doesn’t steer you wrong. I thought my gown would take a couple days to be done but I was surprised to see a missed call the NEXT DAY saying my dress was ready...and when I still needed a couple adjustments made, she was quick to help with whatever I needed! Wonderful staff, remembers their customers, and excellent work....Highly recommend this business!

Completely rude and “too busy” to work with me. Would not even consider my concerns unless I was willing to spend hundreds of dollars. Absolutely blew me off. Very disappointed.

Whatever you do, do not use this tailor service. Very unprofessional and flat out rude. Customer service was nonexistent. After already waiting a month for an item, I was told and promised that items that needed to be tailored would be finished on a date. When coming back on that date, these items were not only not finished but hadn’t even been started. The only response what simply she was “working on it” with no apology for the delay and failed promise. I would save yourself some time and find somewhere that values integrity, professionalism, and cares about the customer.

Couldn't even barely get out my request on the phone and the first words out of her mouth. Nope...No. I was taken back and I said, excuse me, thinking maybe she was talking to someone in the background. She proceeded to say the machine for that is down. A proper customer service response that would have warranted me calling back in the future would have been, "I'm sorry, unfortunately the machine for that type of work is down and I'm not sure when I will get it back up and running."
