It was a Seinfeld episode. The lady (perhaps not Lulu) lost my pants and insisted I had picked them up even though I still had the claim ticket. She grew frustrated with me and eventually said the pants were old anyway (as if that really mattered). It was a simply hem shortening that turned into an Episode of Seinfeld. Funny and annoying at the same time. If you take something expensive there you may wish to take a photo of the exchange and the handing off of the claim ticket in the event your stuff gets lost.

Horrible experience. They lost my pants and accused me of already picking them up when the receipt clearly did not match my name. It took days to get them back and they still tried to charge me full price!! They didn’t even seem to understand they messed up.. will never go there again and I was a regular.

THIS IS THE WORST TAILOR EVER!!! They lost my pants and then took 3 weeks and 2 harassing phone calls from them to my home and me going there 3 times just to have her call me a liar. I finally got some money from them, but it still wasn't enough to cover the cost of the pants! She told me that they must have been old...how could they be old if I was tailoring the length so I could wear them?!?!? DON'T GO THERE! SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!
