Don't go there. Unqualified men's tailors. They don't know how to shorten pants. I was not satisfied at all. Very poor job.

I brought two jackets in to be altered. One jacket belonged to my great-grandfather and the other to my grandfather. Both had incredible sentimental value, and both turned out better than expected. One can hardly tell that either jacket has even undergone alteration! I will entrust all of my future business to Levi's in addition to recommending this shop to all of my friends.

Locally owned and run, friendly people who had their work done when they said they would and done well. I had a pair of pants that needed to be hemmed and they did a great job, reasonable prices, I think it was like 10-11 dollars. Be warned that they do not take credit cards, so bring cash.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I had an awful experience with this "tailor" shop. I needed to shorten a summer dress, chiffon material, nothing complicated. I bought the dress online, I knew it was too long but I loved it so much that I told myself that I'll take it to a tailor and make it shorter. I went to Levi's, they measured everything and they said it could be done in a week. I paid around $45. In a week, I went to pick the dress up. When I arrived home and try it on, I started immediately crying because they totally ruined my dress. It was a lot (A LOT) shorter than knee length and one side was shorter than the other. An awful job was done on a easy task. I went back to the shop, try the dress on to show them and they confirmed that they ruined my dress. Great! They totally refund me (the dress and the service) but I was still devastated because I needed the dress in 2 days for graduation. And of course, the dress it was out of stock online. So, make yourself a service and don't do there.

Will never go back. I am sure they are probably good at sewing on a button or hemming pants, basic skills. Do not take an item there that needs a true tailor. I took a dress there that needed to be shortened. It was not expert tailoring, but a notch above basic due to the material. Not a wedding dress or anything that fancy. The hem was not even attached in spots. It was visibly uneven and jagged. The sewing machine completely missed the bottom of the dress in spots and the hem was hanging off the bottom of the dress. I had them fix it which they kind of did, but the hem completely fell out that night. So if you take something there try it on before you leave and inspect it. I'm so glad I did otherwise my dress would not have been wearable to the event at all.
