So I learned today the ENTIRE time I've been bringing my clothes they were just washing them -I asked for dry cleaning every time and was charged for dry cleaning. What a rip off I can wash my own clothes!!!

This is by far the worst dry cleaners I have encountered. We used them instead of our normal cleaners to also have a patch sewed on my husband's military uniform. They assured us at the drop off they would take good care of his class A's and that they had done this many times before. Upon pickup I noticed that several buttons were missing, and the garment appeared to not have been cleaned. The patch was in place, but poorly attached. I called to ask for the buttons and for them to fix the patch was called a "thief" and a "stealer". the language barrier was there, but it was not hard to comprehend that she was accusing me of stealing the buttons myself. They refused to fix the garment and also refused to refund me. So I filed a dispute with VISA. I cannot stress strongly enough that you use this Cleaners at your own risk. Their promises mean nothing, and they have a strong dislike for any criticism of their work. Their tailoring is too poor to even evenly apply a simple military patch. UPDATE: VISA ruled in my favor on the charge dispute. I received my $11 refund back - doesn't make a dent in the cost to replace the buttons on his uniform, but better than nothing.

1st visit....charged $180 for $120 worth of work anywhere else. Did an ok job on the alterations but doesnt really understand modern european tapers on slim fit pants. 2nd visit.....price was comparable but work on 1 item was shotty!! Sweater (cardigan) was taken in partially. So I had fabric bunched up under arms. Took back to him and he tried to argue with me that if he takes it in more it will be too tight. My argument was simple....I dont give a damn what you think, take it in...I'll worry about if its "too tight" I just took my sweater and my blazer that he charged $39 to take 2 sleeves out 1.5 inches and left. Oh, and the blazer....I honestly feel like he just put it on a hanger and put plastic over it and called it a day. Sleeves look the same to me. I guess I will go back to making the trip to Huntersville to QUALITY ALTERATIONS for my needs as Chi has NO ISSUES with speaking English or doing a great job. I'll NEVER return to JJ.

They saw me pull up then turned the open sign off. I knocked on the door then they turned all the lights off. It was five minutes before closing time and I need my son's damn JROTC uniform for a parade in the morning. NEVER AGAIN

This store is really good.They sew my pants and add buttons to places that need button and don't charge money. They add the buttons as a free "gift", you could say. I recommend this alteration store for your dresses, pants, or anything else.

If I could write a review with minus stars, I would. He does a good job on my husband's shirts but is very inconsistent on price. His ad & receipt states "man shirts 3 or more $1.75". When we picked up 5 shirts we had to pay $3 each & the owner couldn't explain- he just laughed! So don't go in that shop expecting to pay his advertised price of $1.75 for 3 or more man's shirt to be cleaned. Be aware!
